I'm a high-school senior. how i have time for vs, i have no idea. my average day at school usually has me leaving the house (i walk, lucky me) around 6:30am and i get back well after 5:30pm (clubs, sports etc.).

that part of my day sucks.
i like how vs is stress-free to me (except about how i cant go pro if my life counted on it but that part isn't the game its the competition)
VS makes me a positive person.

oh and stu, if i had any artistic talent / went to your class, i can guarantee i wouldn't be one of the students you'd be gripeing about.

my wife works in a middle school, and i hear this type of sentiment from her all the time. unfortunately, it seems that school systems have become a breeding ground for politics and bull####. it's sad. but look on the bright side. even if you have a truely positive influence on even one student, then it may just make all the bull#### worth it.

Anways, I digress.. I mostly see it this way. There are decent people who have decent morals and who view things as totally wrong. They're your average person like you and I. Then we get to the real jerkwads (I.E. the people you have to work with.) Now I had to work with some real jerks at my previous job and they treated me like crap. But I view it this way, what goes around comes around. So they'll get their just desserts.

Also, I think having a hobby like VS is a great way to relieve stress. I mean some people instead work on cars, some people build models, and some people play card games. I tend to see card games also as a social thing as well. I mean you get together and play cards and also catch up on things with other people. But yeah.. THAT was totally off topic.
