While the best mono-Inhumans strategy tech can be found on the Inhuman Strat!!!!! thread, another interesting team-up synergy that I just came across is posted here:
it's kinda funny as my friend stumbled upon the trick he's been waiting for since MK and Concealed were released: getting Serifan into the hidden zone easily. It's been 7 sets coming but FINALLY, Luna Maximoff made his day (even moreso since he plays Inhumans anyway)!

I was thinking Franklin Richards, but if you're Extended-Family-ing to get his counter back anyways, then yeah, you could for the 1-Drop 2-Drop method instead with Luna.
With the chance of not getting her in your opening hand though, and the fact that No Man Escapes the Manhunters, ect. can move him visible again, I'd at least run a couple copies of Franklin Richards (who can just move him back to the hidden area).
Im thinking about Inhumans/Checkmate as well. With Traitor to the Cause + Terragenesis + Jacob Lee (for free) I think you can keep your Thing around for a while.
Well, checkmate/inhumans may seem really powerful but as far as i can remember there's no reliable way to protect ahmed excpt for threat neutralized, which you can search. The only way possible to search it would be with attilan but this would only happen after turn 5. Am i missing sth?

Well we all could be missing something, but as far as I know ... no, you're not missing anything.
Running Ahmed is a risky thing, although sometimes justifiable.
Personally though ... I've never run him. I'm just not that comfortable with opening my opponent up for a meta-game auto-win like that.
I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it, but I've been running an X-Statix/Inhumans deck that's a lot of fun. San searches for Cafe and then Orphan comes out, then Rockhead on 4, team up with Extended Family, kill everyone else (in one of many ways) and, all of a sudden, Rockhead is an 11/11 4 drop.
That's to say nothing of the Terragenesis + Zetgeist + Spin Doctoring nonsense.
I find that they are a great team-up for keeping the row entirely face up, which gives you access to The Great Refuge.
It's not top tier but it's a lot of fun, and the ability to stun 3 guys off Init with Zeitgeist on turn 6 is nutty. (his ability, stunback, spin doctoring/terragenesis + his ability again.)
I like the sound of Inhuman League too (great name, btw) anyone have a decklist they are willing to post or PM me?

That's awesome.
Wait ... just a thought ... how viable would it be to run Fate Artifacts, make Zeitgeist Dr. Fate, and ready him on top of this? With Extended Family we could always get an extra counter for it.
I dunno if you guys are only considering team ups because my friend runs Mono Inhumans and owns unlesss you run conceald hate. He feints attacks and keeps your guys exhausted the whole game. He also ends it on 9 when he plays the big blackbolt on 8 and sets you up the bomb. Mono Inhumans=really good unless you tech it

No one here is saying mono-Inhumans is bad... Mono-Inhumans can be great.
There's a seperate thread though that's dealing with most of the Mono-Inhumans tactics though. It's under Strategy & Tactics. This thread however tends to talk less about Inhumans in isolation and more about how Inhumans work with other teams.
If you want mono-Inhumans tech advice, go to Inhumans Strat!!! under Sttategy & Tactics. There's some great stuff there. Any thread under "General Discussion" though tends not to get as detailed into tech as it does in "general" synergies.
