As for the question why the "Big" teams aren't listed... It's likely cause they haven't posted their roster here. :p

More likely because they're too busy having sex with underwear models on top of piles upon piles of Vidi's money to even bother with pointless things like posting their club roster in the common man's forums.

Hey, I didn't speculate why they don't post their roster list, just said they hadn't. That, I think, is a very valid theory. Hehe.
