what is this case about again? either I missed it or didnt see it. as for the Mcdonalds case I have to agree those were a waste of time, most lawsuits these days are and since people dont like to use common sence any more those types of procedures are allowed. now if I was a judge and I seen a case similer to the "Mcdonalds food made me fat" case I would have laughed it right out of court, ok I know some of you are going to say my Legal career wont last long after that but you have to admit lawsuits like those are rediculous and a waste of money and time.
