Right now the magic number is about 2150, (100 in local tournaments, about 5-600 on premiere entry fees, the rest in cards), but jumps to about 3000 if i include travel related costs....

a lot... probably close to $15,000 to $20,000 for the 2 years I have been in this game.

I buy on Averege 6 to 8 boxes at 65 a box (no idea on ORIGINS I purchased alot cause the game was so cool)

Purchased every colloctors Tin and Starter box

and spent a little on Ebay singles

JVIRTUE55 Wins... I baught about 10 boxes of Marvel Origins... and DC origins.. but then as more sets came out... I only baught about 2 to 3 boxes a set. And a lot of singles. that is where money has gone to... so I could collect a play set in every set.

Do my rehab costs count? I mean the group keeps trying to tell me that the game is dying, and I should get off of the stuff. But it's just so dang addicting. I keep breaking out of rehab. That Paris Hilton just won't stay in there, and she forces me to help her get out.

Yeah I collect 8 of every common 8 every uncommon and 4 of every rare as my play sets

I collect 4 of ever card and 2 foil of every card that not includeing my play set .

Without counting misc. stuff, I've spent about $1,021 alone.
That excludes $ for drafts, and purchases fom eBay.
What I recently have to show fo it is the kids (locals) respecting my deckbuilding, and being given props on my decks by fellow New Yorkers who are far more advanced than myself. That and the love my ultra-pro deck bag which of course you can order from Alterniverse, lol.

Until taxes are due, then after you pay for the australia trip the 40k is gone. gg.
