I'd main two Fairy Winds for main-decked decrees. Or 1 MST & 1 Fairy Wind.
I have Double Snare in my side along with 2 copies of Prohibition. Snare is meh...but it gives you a fight back against Jinzo & Decree. Prohib takes up one of my slots but if they are running 3 Decree it's worth it. It's also a bit more versatile if they are a bit random with like 3 Jinzo or 3 Dust Tornado or something like that.
I would run 2 copies of Accumulated Fortune and a 3rd Legacy of Yata for extra speed and to build up your chains.
EDIT:
I might also consider Threatening Roar over Swift Scarecrow...because game 1 should be your auto-win game if you're being realistic...in which case Roar is more versatile for chaining options for Accumulated & Chain Strike AND it is better against Gladiator Beasts.
I think this is the perfect time to run this again, hardest match up is samurais, but this destroys every other deck there is, also the side kills samurais.... Testing this heavily n loving it
So a lot of MI players are playing at nats what we call "Crow and Vieler.dek", pretty much we have 4 builds of different style decks that are suppose to be anti-meta because the best anti-meta right now is 3x vieler and 3x crow.... this is one varient, has been running extrememly well, ive been testing like 3-4 hours a day on DN with it and have had very good results
Edit: Also Idk what one to run in the side, battle fader or swift scarecrow, both are lv 1 that will work with mystic piper but idk which one to side, i guess fader in general has the potential to do more burn damage, with being able to be hit with warning and i believe royal oppression to if im not mistaking, swift scarecrow tho will get the guarentee safety of the turn.....
Fader can't bet hit with RO (damage step). They both basically do the same thing. Don't forget Debunk counters both.
Actually, you can use Royal Oppression on Battle Fader when it's being Special Summoned by its effect, if memory serves me right. Battle Fader stops the direct attack from hitting, so the Damage Step is never reached, and the Battle Phase proceeds to its End Step.

For less counters (for the opp) I'd say SS.
Not to nit pick but i thought i should clear this up. Fader activates in the same window as mirror force & waboku. IN RESPONSE TO AN ATTACK. NOT IN RESPONSE TO TAKING DAMAGE. Thus it CAN be stopped by oppression. However Skill Drain cant stop it since both the summoning effect & ending the battle phase happen off the field.
so after playing this on DN n playing at my local card shop if I honestly do not top 64 at nats I will be highly disappointed, this deck is so amazing n so fast I am honestly proud of it, for as im pretty sure I am the only one who is running a version of chain strike like this, i highly recommend someone testing it on DN n giving me feed back on what they think...
in all honesty if i dont top this nats im going to be highly disappointed in myself, i have not practiced or put the time into this game for a tournament more than i have with this one, alone ive played 500 games with chain strike on DN trying out millions of different combos n finally settled on one that i am very limited on my losses, i lose if u play decree game 1 or nut all over me with sams... i honestly feel like i can take this one
