Alright, so with no TTPC Terra will take 1Dam and Doom will gain a Plot Token

5) Sue will Perplex her Dam +1
6) Valeria will Perplex Sue's Attack +2
7) Valeria will use her Attack Ability and choose TK
8) Valeria will TK Sue to D20
9) Sue will use MERCY AT THE LEFT HAND OF DOOM to place 2 free Barrier tokens in D14/E15

Had to get some clarification on Sue through the ROC Discord before I did this next bit. The wording on her card is a little confusing, but the consensus is that she can attack from the Barrier squares as well as use her Attack/Damage powers

10) Sue will use Outwit to Outwit Static's Energy Shield
11) Sue will range attack from here E15 square and target both Terra and Static

13atk - 18def (Terra) 17Def (Static) for 4Dam before reducers

That will hit. I tried to see if there was a chance of TTPC, but the only person that might have range is Starfire. No matter how I drew the line from her to Sue it seems to clipping the blocking terrain in G16. I will put all 4dam into Static and KO him.
