Opposing Rally. Pyro rolls a 2 & 6.
I pick the 6 and place my Rally die on my card showing a 6.
At any point during the game, I can use that result for my Rally required die roll.
e.g. My character has a Rally regeneration. I use the 6 instead of rolling.
Are the above steps correct?
Can I collect Rally dice on my card and just keep using from my 'pool'?
Yes, although all the figures in XMRF can only use a 5 if it comes up for their Rally die. (Which isn't to say they might not choose a character that has 6 for their die in the future, just not now)
Sometimes you don't use the die as a replacement. Sometimes you remove it to trigger something else happening. (Marvel Girl can remove one to use TK as Free, for example)

1. Can a character have more than one RALLY die on their card?
Yes.
2. If an attack roll has the matching number show on each die (such as ;Dice5; ;Dice5; ), would I get two RALLY dice?
Yes. You could choose two different applicable characters on your force to gain a RALLY die or choose one applicable character on your force twice to gain a RALLY die (resulting in two RALLY dice for that character).
FWIW (shower thought): You may assign each die in a finalized attack roll to a friendly character with a matching RALLY die printed on its card. Assigned characters gain RALLY dice.
You could throw some “onces” and “ones” and another “matching” in there for redundancy, but this is my take on rewriting the power.
After playing my first tourney with Rally dice, the execution really cleared it up for me. Rally dice are actually really simple to understand. Here's a simplified user's guide for anyone still confused:
1) Roll a bunch of misses that still have 5's in them somehow.
2) Opponent gets a healthy stack of rally dice.
3) You get one rally die if you're lucky by 35 mins into the round.
4) Dice finally start to warm up, but that doesn't matter because opponent's rally dice negate everything you do after that.
5) Score 7/7 in the pre-release. 75 points total for the day!*
*Based on actual events. Only the fact that I got one rally die has been changed, because I got no rally dice all day.

I roll a 5 in my attack, each of my opponents has the opportunity to place a rally die.
The "you" in the power applies to you, my opponent.
But, (because I think my group was doing this wrong) each of the opponents can only place one die, on one figure, correct? (Unless in double 5s) One five doesn't go to ALL the figures on the team with rally.

Also, a power such as Destiny's here has no cap, correct? If she has 5 Rallly dice, she can reroll a roll 5x or reroll five different attack/break away rolls per turn?
RALLY (5): Opposing Attack Rolls. Whenever a character rolls to attack or break away, you may remove a RALLY die on Destiny's card to reroll the result.

Modulo any global rule preventing such a thing, that is my reading of the Destiny RALLY.
IMO, this possibility is one of the few things that this representation of the character has in her favor.

The "rally" die isn't physically picking up your opponent's die and placing it on your card.
The Rally mechanic is printed on the back of cards (as you know).
If you, me and tidge are playing in a battle royale and tidge rolls a 1,5 on an attack roll, the rally mechanic kicks in for those teams that have the effect in play by playing a figure that has it on their card.
So if I have a Havok and he has the Rally ability this is what happens:
Quote
Once per roll for each die in a finalized attack roll and for all characters with a matching RALLY die and trait dolor printed under their trait star, after resolutions you may choose a friendly character to gain
a matching rally die.
So after tidge's roll, I choose to place a "RALLY die" onto Havok'c card.
Now you have Colossus and he has the Rally ability and so this is what happens:
Quote
Once per roll for each die in a finalized attack roll and for all characters with a matching RALLY die and trait color printed under their trait star, after resolutions you may choose a friendly character to gain
a matching rally die.
So you get to put a RALLY die on your Colossus.
Notice the "for all characters with a matching Rally die" is tied to a friendly character. I cannot put a Rally die on your Colossus just like you can't put a Rally die on my Havok.
I am limited to each 5 in the finalized attack roll (including replacements) to one character on my force per MY Rally characters. Same as you.
I hope that helps.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
I am only curious about Senator fastcat99's misery:
Which RALLY characters were you playing?
Which RALLY characters did you face?
We were playing a scenario where you can add to your base build each round. Round 1 I had no rally characters, round 2 I had Colossus. Round 3 I got the bye because...well...75 points.
My opponent had a couple characters on round 1. Round 2 had at least 5 Rally characters that I can remember. Jean Grey, Colossus, Wolvie, and a couple others. I rolled a 5 every turn, even 2 a turn. It was craziness. And almost all my attacks were 5 and `1 or 5 and 2, always missing the mark just barely. Misery is right haha!
I mean, to miss with Mystrique, Colossus, Daken, and Weapon X all in one turn, more than once per game? just wow. I got so killed. By round 2, I was more or less just coaching the new guy on how to beat me bad, because if you can't make your rolls, you may as well, right?

But in spite of my posts, I think the Rally idea is really fun. I will contiue to play it! I think I'll team it with some Krakoan revival and go to town.
