I am the Bird of Hermes, eating my own wings to make myself tame: Steal Energy, with clsoe or range attacks. When a standard opposing character is KO'd, you may heal Alucard 1 click. Alucard may heal above his starting line with this trait. Release Control Art Restriction 0: Once per game, give a friendly character with Leadership a POWER action and turn him to click #4.//If Alucard is on a click number of 4 or higher, he has SAFEGUARD: Outwit.//When Alucard KO's an opposing characer, choose a standard power on their card. Alucard can use the chosen power for the rest of the game. Your silver gun will stain the White Army crimson. Your iron gun will stain the Black Army scarlet: When Alucard hits with a ranged attack, you may give one hit character an action token and one hit character modifies defense -1 until your next turn. You may not pick the same character twice. Search and Destroy: Sidestep, Stealth The dead will dance, and all of Hell shall sing: Pulse Wave, Giant Reach 4. We're never going to be able to kill you, are we?: Invincible, Super Senses, Willpower.
Flurry: I'm impressed, Iscariot! Show me more, Alexander Anderson!
Hypersonic Speed: Run them down! Do not let any of them leave the island alive!
Blades/Claws/Fangs: You're pathetic!! Nothing but an useless, sniveling lump of MEAT!!
Impervious: You're a fiend... a monster... a devil... you... Dracula!
Combat Reflexes: Now, Luke Valentine. It's time to educate you on how a real vampire does battle!
Regeneration: It takes a man in order to kill a monster
Exploit Weakness: Humph. That's ridiculous! You fool...there's no such thing as an immortal!
Leadership: You consumed them! Your own soldiers! Your own subjects!
Shape Change: How beautiful. Nights like this make me want a bite to drink. Yes... I couldn't imagine a more... perfect evening

This one may require a bit of an explanation so here goes.
In the Doctor Who serial The Chase the Doctor and co are being chased (see what they did there?) around time and space by the Daleks, who have recently developed time travel and are really getting their money's worth out of it. Along the way the Doctor ends up in a haunted house inhabited by none other than Count Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster and the Grey Lady(which seems to just be a ghost/ghoul type thing), and sick them on the Daleks as they make their escape. Turns out they were advanced animatronics from the distant future of 1996.
As for the Beatles... well the Doctor and co pop over to watch a Beatles performance and if that isn't an excuse to dial the Beatles I don't know what is. Fun fact, the clip of the Beatles used in this episode doesn't exist anywhere else anymore so if you ever want to see 20 seconds of the Beatles performing 'Ticket to Ride' on Top of the Pops, the Chase is your only option.

'Ticket To Ride': Pulse Wave, but instead of dealing damage move hit characters 2 squares
Travelling In Disguise: At the beginning of the game, put a Disguise token on Abe Sapien's card. // As long as there is a Disguise token on this card, Abe Sapien has "Stealth, Shape Change. If Abe Sapien makes an attack, remove a Disguise token from this card.". // FREE: Remove a Disguise token from this card, if you do, halve speed, Move. Visions Of Who He Was: Once per game, when Abe Sapien would be KO'd by an opponent's attack, instead turn his dial to click #6 and he has IMMUNE until your next turn. Unique Biology: Toughness, Combat Reflexes, and Close Combat Expert
Abe may share a few traits with my favorite Universal monster, the Creature from the Black Lagoon. Also, for anyone who doesn't remember this classic disguise from his first appearance,

I've just recently started looking for HorrorClix. If you have extras, message me and we can work out a trade.
SHE WALKED IN LOOKING LIKE A SIMILE. SHE WAS A REAL METAPHOR: Outwit. When Hardboiled PI targets a character with Outwit, place a Suspect token on that character's card. // FREE: Remove a Suspect token from an Opposing character and choose a standard power on their card. That character cannot use the chosen power until the start of your next turn. TWO-FISTED SLEUTH: Stealth. // When Hardboiled PI ends his movement adjacent to an opposing character with a Suspect token, you may remove any number of Suspect tokens from that character's card, then make that many close attacks. IN OVER MY HEAD, BUT WHEN HAS THAT STOPPED ME BEFORE: Combat Reflexes. Willpower, but increase the result +1 for each adjacent character with a Suspect token on their card. NO ONE EVER PAYS ATTENTION TO A BEGGAR: Perplex, Shape Change. POWER: Place a Suspect token on an opposing character within line of fire. If no opposing character can draw line of fire to Hardboiled PI, you may instead choose two characters.
TRYING TO KEEP A LOW PROFILE (Stealth) I'VE GOTTEN OUT OF FAR WORSE SPOTS THAN THIS (Steal Energy)
Significant Appearance: Every dime store noir novel ever.
Design Notes: This really isn't based off of any one thing in particular and is more inspired by the whole pulp noir detective genre in general. I just liked the idea of building a detective dial based around black and white powers. It was a tough one for me to hammer out (hence the last minute entry, haha), but I'm pleased with what I ended up with!

Movement : Destroys Blocking What matters is the size of your heart and the strength of your character: Leadership. When Herman Munster uses it and removes an action token off of another character, heal that character one click.
Collecting entries for your voting perusal. I will NOT be tallying these, just trying to help out our Canadian overlords in exchange for Poutine and healthcare.
Hiding a Terrible Secret Beneath His Bandages: Stealth, Super Senses. If Donatello has no action tokens, lines of fire cannot be drawn to him by opposing characters. Unseen Bo-Staff Strike: Precision Strike, Giant Reach: 2. If Donatello has no action tokens when he makes an attack, modify his attack value by +1. Desperately Seeking a Cure: Outwit, Perplex. If Donatello has no action tokens, Sidestep.
Charge: An Invisible Turtle Can Rule The World! Force Blast: I'm Carrying Out a Difficult Experiment. I Must Be Left Alone! Impervious: Everything Would Have Come Right If Only You'd Left Me Alone! Invulnerable: There Is No Need to Be Afraid, Jones. We are Partners. Toughness: There's a Way Back, You Fool. There Must Be a Way Back!
Gosh, this one came to me fast. Inspired by Universal Monsters? Check. Clix-friendly property that has gone dormant even though we wish it hadn't? Check check. Opportunity for fun flavor texting? Check check check.
NECA, this game's parent company, has a fun little line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fused with Universal Monsters. They've got a whole bunch, like Raphael as Frankenstein's Monster or Splinter as Van Helsing. Here we have Donatello as The Invisible Man.
Take a little bit of Donatello clix, like his long reach in close combat and his brainy damage powers, then add in a bit of invisibility to make him extra dangerous. Try to keep track of Donatello if you can. He's stealthy, he's nimble, and if he's fully rested, you can't see him at all.

Vampiric Power: Count Dracula begins the game on click 4. // Steal Energy, when Count Dracula uses it, he heals 2 clicks and may heal past his starting line, up to click 1.
Lord of the Night Horde: Friendly characters with the Monster Keyword may use Steal Energy and Stealth if they can't already.
DESIGN NOTES: Hasn't been long since I typed out a Dracula for these contests, but dang it, I wanna try for a Castlevania themed month!
Can't argue that Dracula from Castlevania was inspired by the Universal films version of Dracula to some degree, right?
Given in many of the old games he even has a suit like Legosi did, though the games did take Dracula in a slowly different direction.

All-Out War: Free: Place the Punisher in a square of hindering terrain within 4 squares. // When Punisher makes a ranged attack, he may make one more for Free. Armor-Piercing Rounds: Precision Strike. Punisher's ranged damage cannot be reduced below 2. Vietnam Vet: Toughness & Combat Reflexes. High-Caliber Rounds: Ranged Combat Expert, and when the Punisher uses it, he may choose to instead increase his damage by +2.
::Shakes fist at Niceguyrob for making it real hard to continue my 90s Spider-Man theme this week::
Punisher started out as a Spider-Man villain. I had this Punisher trading card from the 1995 Fleet Ultra Spider-Man set, and I always thought it looked cool. There. 90s Spider-Man theme continued
I was VERY tempted to use this exact dial design to make Franken-Castle so I could nail both prompts, but 1) I’ve never read Franken-Castle, and 2) Franken-Castle wouldn’t be 90s Spider-Man-related. That’s why the flavor text is kinda bland— I couldn’t use titles and quotes from Ennis’ Punisher because that would inherently not be tied to 90s Spider-Man.
Of course, this Punisher's official keywords aren't from the 90s, but that's a comprise I'll make for team-building.

Movement: Characters Monster Hunter: Blade deals penetrating damage to characters with the Monster keyword. Reluctant vampire: When Blade heals using Steal Energy or Regeneration, modify his combat values +1 until the end of your next turn.
Always trying to ice skate uphill: Running Shot
Body armor and Vampire Heritage: Invulnerable
Out of Serum, looks like I’ll use yours: Steal Energy
Leader of the Blood pack: Leadership
OK, Vampire Anatomy 101, crosses and holy water don't do dick so forget what you've seen in the movies. You use a wooden stake, silver or sunlight to kill them: Outwit
The Hungry Count: Stealth, Steal Energy. Count Dracula starts the game on Click 6 and may heal past that click through Steal Energy. Dracula's Coffin: Begining of the game place a special terrain marker in a square of Hindering Terrain anywhere on the map. If Count Dracula occupies that square he may use Regeneration for Free but gains IMMOBILE until his next turn. If Dracula's Coffin is destroyed Count Dracula takes minimum 2 for Mystics and Pulsewave. Cursed Breaker of Wills: Opposing characters who can use Willpower modify their defense plus 2 when Dracula targets them with Mind Control. Characters successfully attacked by Count Dracula cant use Willpower for the remainder of the game. Prince of Darkness & his Creatures of the Night: Defend, Flurry, Sidestep, Mind Control. Mind Control FREE: Only to target a character that doesn't have or can't use Willpower Count De Ville: Mind Control. Blades, Claws, Fangs . Opposing characters can't target Count Dracula unless he has made an attack this game that deals damage. Characters with Battle Fury may attack Count Dracula// At the beginning of your turn, you may deal Count Dracula 1 unavoidable damage.
OK, I'm sure there will be many of him but I went with the Bela Lugosi Dracula.
I was inspired by the Rare Scooby Doo Martian Manhunter. Have that classic Dracula that most dont suspect as he appears dapper and charming looking for a pretty young meal until he's ready to reveal his true self.
You can either heal or hurt yourself to the next click if your support isnt backing you up or you have a Wolfman chasing you down.
You have the classic Coffin to rest (in hindering so no sunlight but new rules will allow it to be destroyed/moved.) and his strong weaknesses to Holy and Sunlight.
He can get strong but not the Charge or HSS we see figures hulk up to now. Dracula never charged...he slowly approached and overpowered and was much more boastful when he thought he was winning so no preventive defense powers.
I legit wanted to make your Grandfather's Dracula. One that a Modern Scooby and Shaggy wont have much trouble with but Abbot and Costello and a handful of delicious generics would. . .

“Walk this way.” Sidestep. Friendly characters adjacent to Eye-gor at the beginning of your turn may use Sidestep for this turn.
