Creel's gotta try to knock Ace down a peg. CCE on him. Gets 9. See, I think crazy 9s trump 5s. Imperv is 1. 2 to Ace.
Moonstone free movement. 3. Pin on that.
Apparently Daimon Hellstrom was a member of the Masters, if Wikipedia can be believed. I'll take him, new version, 29b. Zemo tks him to K9.
Targets Ace. Gets 3. 10 for Amora. Shade makes it 9 again.Damage is penetrating so that would be a ko or sorts. Apparently he goes back to the starting line and becomes a non-ko click.
***I need your interpretation of Ace's 'ko' before I finish. It may affect my turn.

Ace is permanently KOd. But he goes to the Sideline and I choose one of his KO clicks, corresponding to a suit. Like right now I have the KOd Ten on the Sideline, turned to Spades, which is what was giving Ace +1 to his Impervious rolls.
I will turn Ace to Diamonds, which will give Jack the following ability:
Quote
THE ARISTOCRATS OF CRIME: JACK: When an opposing character attacks Jack and misses him, after resolutions deal them 1 penetrating damage for each Diamond displayed on characters in your KO area.
I missed that Ace is actually behind King. Creel can still hit with giant reach for 2 but Daimon's lof to Ace is questionable from K9. He can do it from O6 but Amora couldn't have lof to pc. To be fair, I'd have put him in O6, the only legit attack attempt he could've made.
So only 2 to Ace thus far.
BK outwits Regal Bearing on King. Attacks. 3. 7 for Amora. 3 to him.
Smith makes a Circe and boosts Moonstone's av to 11.
Moonstone free moves to K9 on King. Gets 7. 8 for Circe. HE'S the ko. Swaps w/BK.
Vulturion C to block.
So King's the ko. 2 to Ace.

Ace is actually a giant, so LOF shouldn't be an issue. if you want to stick with your original plan.
Ace becomes a Diamond. King uses a Free Action to turn the KOd Ten to a Diamond as well, and he himself will count as a diamond. This will eventually come into play if you ever attack Jack.
Luthor Lead: 4
Gorilla Grodd comes in WW80 version. Leadership 4. Gordd's in N23 so Jack Can Perplex up his Range.
Grodd RS to J19 on the Vulturion, AV11 on DV16 +2. Gets 6. Circe makes it 5. Ack! But wait, Shada can also PC. 11. KOs the Vulturion.
Luthor Outwits Invulnerable on Daimon.
Amazo copies RS, ESD and Perplex from Jack. Perplexes his own AV to 13, RS to K13 on Daimon, AV13 on DV18 +1. Gets 4.
Luthor takes a shot at Black Knight, AV11 on DV18. Gets 7. 4 Penetrating to him.
Queen to J11
King has another go at Absorbing Man, AV11 on DV18. Gets 3
Shade Free Smoke Clouds. Remember -1 to Absorbing Man's AV if he's in the cloud
Need a replacement before I start attacking, just in case. E Shadow Thief. I'm thinking I'm going to need a cheap blocker
Luthor Targets the Black Knight, AV11 on DV17. Gets 8. KOs him. Swapping places with Shade.
Amazo copies Outwit, Impervious from Lex. Outwits Invulnerable on Daimon.
Grodd RS to J15 on Daimon. The LOF works. AV11 on DV18 +1. Gets 9. Hits him for 4, and thankfully we're not doing 9s. I'd rather you not get Grodd, even with a Mystics Damage.
Jack Perplexes his AV to 12, RS to K12 on Daimon. AV12 on DV18. Gets 7. SS is 5.
Circe TKs Shadow Thief to L15
Shadow Thief Phases to J9 to block Black Knight
Shade does his Free Smoke Cloud, then Phases himself to O20
Note Jack's Trait:
Quote
THE ARISTOCRATS OF CRIME: JACK: When an opposing character attacks Jack and misses him, after resolutions deal them 1 penetrating damage for each Diamond displayed on characters in your KO area.
Jack's got 4 Diamonds. (King's Damage Special lets him count as an extra Diamond in the KO ares, even though he's not KOd yet)
"I fear no devils," Gorilla Grodd said, attacking Daimon.
"What about your inner demons?" Shadow Thief asked.
"There isn't room enough for two shadowy villains on this team," Shade retreated.
"Don't be so petty," Luthor told Shade while knocking Black Knight off the roof with an energy blast. "Besides, the way Shadow Thief is going, it's unlikely he will be here long," Luthor pointed out as Shadow Thief started taunting Daimon and the Absorbing Man.
I almost like this game better than the Avengers/X-Men one. Seems less one sided although the other should not be.
I'll take Radioactive Man. Wish his clix were better.
Circe dupe to O5.
Moonstone on ST. SC is 5.
Creel cce on ST. SC is 4. Gets 3. 6 for Enchantress. SS is 1. 4 to him.
Amora tks Rad to I9.
Rad on ST. Gets 11. SS is 3.
Vulturion B moves to J9 to block. Sides w/Daimon to J7, Daimon's K8.
Zemo recruits himself, CAAV62e in M3. Rs to M7 on Jack. Needs a lot, rolls 6. S'ok, he'll outwit esd on Jack.
Smith sides to M6, makes his range 7 on Jack. Gets 4, 11 for my Circe. 4 to Jack and 4, reduced to 2, to Smith.
Oh, both Rad and Smith have Assembled Bolts and Masters. Since I have 6 figures with Masters keywords they can take tokens off themselves and add one to their targets. Only affects Jack potentially. SS: 4.
4 and a token to Jack. Shadow Thief koed and blocked.
***Now that Jack used his diamonds, are they gone?
It was Grodd that did the hitting. Amazo just Outwitted.
Quote
***Now that Jack used his diamonds, are they gone?
Nothing to indicate that they go away after one use.
Luthor WP - 5
King Leadership: 2
Shade to I19
Luthor RS to O14 on Daimon. AV11 on DV18. Gets 9. SS is 6. Not really unexpected.
I see the difference between the 9s and 5s. With a 9, I would have had to decide whether I wanted to accept the hit and lost Luthor to you, which potentially creates a dilemma. A 5 will almost always be rerolled if possible. Oh well, I won't suggest changing it mid-stream, but something to remember for next time.
Luthor, anyway, Outwits SS on Daimon.
Amazo copies OW, RS and Impervious from Lex, RS to N14 on him, AV12 on DV18. Gets the 7 to KO him. NOW Amazo takes a Mystics.
Now, do I bother with another throwaway as a replacement to block? Yeah why not? Gives me an opportunity to bring some of these guys in, even it is just to die. Floronic Man. Circe Tks him to L15
Floronic to K8
King Charges to I10 on Radioactive, AV11 on DV18. Gets 6. He's out of PC Range.
Jack RS to K13 on Rad Man, AV10. Gets 6. Circe at least can help. Grodd's blocking Shade's LOF. Circe makes it 9. Jack has to use his "Blades at Range" special to even have a chance at Damaging him. Rolls 2. Won't even bother rolling Impervious then
