That'd be Titania that Scarab is KOing. Which you can do. If you really want Madisynn, she's in P9. You can easily get to her, but I'm not sure if she was a primary target or if you thought she was just there.

Also KEVIN doesn't take Damage normally:
When K.E.V.I.N. would be damaged, instead give him a Internet Argument token and place him on his card. If you do, at the end of your next turn, place K.E.V.I.N. from his card into a square either in your starting area or adjacent to a friendly character. // When K.E.V.I.N. has 3 Internet Argument tokens, KO him.

He's off the map until the end of my turn at which point I can place him again. He will have 1 Argument, so he would need two more hits. With the third, he's out for good.
