Some newcomers are going to be quite disappointed . . .
First legit laugh I've got from a post in a while. Good jaerb.
TB - thinks newcomers will also be perplexed (no pun intended) by Con Artists.
Retired, as per WK's rotation and judiciary replacement decisions. Talk about metaception.
I can no longer find the enrty that states that to use a ladder you must subtract 1 from your movement. Is that correct??
I am confused about LOF and elevated attackers. ok. The elevated targeting the grounded target seems the same.
However, when a grounded figure targets an elevated target, we get the same and used to statement that the only blocking terrain that lof crosses must be in the square of the target! [so far n change] then the next line states that grounded blocking terrain does not block LOF to the elevated target [SAY WHHHAAATTT????]
This is a typo I'm sure .
Did you catch that too??
"...But these are all great figures -- especially since five of the six fit into themes that I love to play."
Hey, RP, that "sixth man out" that you DON'T plan to use in theme teams you play wouldn't happen to be Elektra, would it?
Overall, I have to admit I'll probably buy a starter just for these new renditions of clix. I am glad that they are all available in the same pack so I don't have to go out of my way to buy any Universe boosters. E Spider-Man has got to be one of the most playable versions of him yet! And, what-do-ya-know, it only took Wizkids 5 Marvel sets to make him so!
Truth. Justice. Honor.
If we want them in our world we need to cultivate them in ourselves.

Actually that's not totally correct. The latest FAQ clarifies this (and goes along with the way I've been playing it for once). Powers that prevent or cause knockback are checked at the time the dice are rolled, NOT after damage is applied. So she would have had to have combat reflexes before the damage to "bounce away".
Basically having Combat Reflexes on the last click serves only to prevent knockback damage after the figure has already taken damage and been knocked back. This is still good, though!
