LOL Choon! Since when were Bats & Hulk long lost brothers?
Sergei Kravinov sat with his feet up after a good, and for once honest, days work. Not that he had really done a whole lot, come to think of it. He was just reading some poorly written African Sports gaming article, while nonchalantly watching the latest news on TV.
(Phone rings) ‘Hello? Yes, what do you want? I was watching it. Oh? Is HE there too?’
It was the familiarly fervent voice of the one called ‘Bullseye.’ Apparently Spider-man had been spotted at the scene of some bizarre fiasco in New York.
‘So why are you calling me to tell me this?
‘Well, he’s with the Daredevil’ came the Irish twang of Bullseyes voice. ‘I could use a hand.’
‘That is surprisingly modest from you’
‘Yeah, well, there’s more than just two of them. I’m bringing some others with me too.’
‘Don’t tell me. I’ll be there…, soon’
So much for a quiet evening at home. At least he was going to get a first hand look at these bizarre little blue chaps he was now watching in the latest news headlines.
The Smurf Actions go after your turn. I.E. 2 normal actions then 3 Smurf Actions.
Richard Despero and Lackey are both in B16. This is a PG sight so we need one of the two of them to move to a different square. (Ok that was an image I could have done without :cross-eye )
Good point on Papa Smurf.
New rules will be added in a minute in a seperate post to address this.
I am leaving designation of Smurfs to you guys in your descriptive post. Try to follow other peoples and keep from duplicating. This is going to be dificult enough without me trying to keep track of all 101 smurfs. (Yes 101, thats why we needed to use the big board.)
Location Post soon. Then we are ready to go. Tomorrow we start. Team Good moves on Tuesday and then Evil on Wednesday, ect.

1) The 10 square no-control zone is for your team and any team you are allied with.
2) As soon as a Smurf moves within 10 squares of your characters, or characters of a team you are allied with, you loose control of the character and it stops moving.
3) All Smurf actions must be taken after the player's normal actions.
4) Civilians can be moved as a free action immediately after a character stops moving adjacent to the civilians. Civilians can only be give free move actions, they will not attack other figures.
5) All player characters are immune to attack in their starting positions until turn 2.
Hopefully that will be it for rules.

The map with all the starting locations will go out in a minute.
1) KEEP THE ORIGINAL MAP! The Smurfs cover the terrain so you will need to look at the original to see if they are hidden in bushes. Most of them are in bushes at the start.
2) All squares of a car must be destroyed before the Civilian can be attacked. (I.E. 3 points of damage done to them) The Civilian automatically moves to the undamaged section of the car.
3) Smurfs are generic until they are damaged, then they get a number.
4) The bank to the north is considered inside terrain. The large brown table with a white line is blocking terrain. (Tellers windows)

If the Smurfs are generic before taking damage, then how do we designate which Smurf we are going to be moving? Considering that they only have 2 clicks of life each, I doubt many smurfs will take a hit and keep going.
101! Cool! I just did a quick Google Search for Smurfs, and here are the names I got:
Papa Smurf
Smurfette
Brainy Smurf
Jokey Smurf (the practical joker)
Grouchy Smurf
Cook Smurf (the Chef)
Greedy Smurf (always eating- steals from Cook smurf)
Harmony Smurf (poor cornet player)
Poet Smurf (daydreamer)
The enamoured Smurf (obsessed with Smurfette)
Vanity Smurf (always looking in the mirror)
Painter Smurf
Handy Smurf (Bob the Builder of hte Smurf world)
Farmer Smurf (Hick Smurf. Straw hat and pitchfork)
Lazy Smurf (Always sleeping. Sleep walks)
Hefty Smurf (Super Strong Smurf. Weightlifter. Heart shaped tattoo on arm)
AstroSmurf (Wants to be an Astronaut. Wears a fishbowl on head)
King Smurf (Would-be dictator of Smurfville. Took over while Papa was away once)
Flying Smurf (wears feathers. Drank a potion that makes him float)
Clockwork Smurf (Robot Smurf built by Handy)
Grandpa Smurf (Oldest Smurf)

Slouchy Smurf (Young. Does everything slowly)
Nat Smurf (Young nature lover)

Sassette Smurf (Young girl Smurf. Tomboy)
There ya go folks. Use them as you see fit, or make up your own. With 101 there's plenty to go around.

Oops just realised that the Smurfs are Vet Moloids, not Rookies. Well that makes much more sense. I guess it's easy enough to just say where one is moving them from.
Couple of map questions (I didn't play on this one last time). What is the object in squares T5-T7? And what is the brown thing in V4-V7? It looks like a desk, but it's up against a doorway, which doesn't make sense to me. And then what is the square thing in AA4-BB5? Is it an entryway? How does that work?
Oh and can we change Choonhui's DEO agent so that he doesn't have 2 A's on his team? That could get confusing.
Cool stuff ALC.

One more question (Sorry ALC, you know how I am). Once a Civilian has been made a part of your force, can he be pushed? And to get him off the map, does he just walk out the starting area? (Oops that was 2 :P)
Thanks

Ummm....are we starting now? I guess so. Another Question (sorry). If I can't carry objects down to the sewers, but I need Super Strength to remove the Manhole, then my Spuer Strength can't go down until he is used his object (since there is that stupid rule about not being able to put objects down again). Or will you allow manholes to be placed next to the hole, so that characters can then jump down straight away?
Also a question with the Book. Can it be stolen back from bad guys at the end?
Does the game end once all Smurfs are KO'ed or just when we call it?
Are we moving on weekends, or week days only?
Posting move shortly (would like an answer to the Manhole question first though).

Aquaman gained his composure quickly. "Flash I need you to do a recon as quickly as..." "Done." Flash replied, his body hardly seeming to have moved.
"Looks like these little blue guys have attracted quite a bit of attention, and no wonder- they're everywhere! There must be over a hundred of them, mostly hiding in the bushes in the park. We've got some civilians around too. Most of them have locked themselves in their cars, but the little blue guys have got them surrounded. Only a matter of time before they break in. Oh, and there's some really bad news. Despero is nearby, and he appears to have teamed up with Deathstroke the Terminator."
"Despero!" Aquaman looked around the four of them in despair. Knowing what he was thinking, Plastic Man morphed into his human form and grew muscles on his muscles, bulking up to Californian-governer proportions. "Never fear! Haven't you heard? I'm apparently the most powerful member of the Justice League, fighting for Truth, Justice, and American Football...or something like that."
Flash looked a bit sheepish. He had thought it would be funny calling in Plas and Green Arrow to assist, since he knew they would annoy Aquaman, but now he also wished they had some more muscle, depsite Plastic Man's attempts at levity. Then he perked up again as he remembered something.
"There is some good news. I spotted some of the Justice Society members off to the east. Perhaps a good old fashioned JLA/JSA team-up is in order?"
Aquaman nodded in agreement. "See to it Flash. Meanwhile lets get those innocents to safety. They are the top priority."
Milliseconds later, Flash appeared in front of Black Adam and his bird-brained companions. "Hey there good buddys! I hear there's a one-eyed one-horned, flying purple people-eater in town. Or something like that. Howzabout we work together to take him out?"
-----------------------------------------
Meanwhile on the other side of the park, Brainy Smurf was overseeing a group of Smurf's trying to break into a car. Inside a big muscley looking guy was screaming like a little girl at the sight of the little blue guys.
"This is getting us nowhere. You two come with me. Perhaps if we study this other vehicle we can work out how to bette break into the one with the human occupant inside it."
