While the Thunder God was as weakened as green Lantern he still attempted a mighty however futile attack. Thor was running out of steam but as a god and Avenger, would never relent.
Well if I can't use my TK, I'll have to try the more direct approach. He'll push to attack Hercules with his CCE. AV7 on DV14, needs a 7. Gets the 7. That's 4 -1 for Toughness, so 3 to Herc. 1 to Hal for the push.
You stand a good chance of finishing this next turn, but in case you don't there isn't anything I can do on my next turn, so you can take your second turn right away.
Hal's head was starting to clear now. Better able to concentrate, he swung his ring-generated mace at Hercules. This time he connected.
"Ha! Now that was a worthy blow!" Hercules said. Six or seven more of those and perhaps you may succeed in actually hurting me!"
"I have yet to be defeated by bravado," the Green Lantern replied, knowing as he said so that there was not a little bravado in his defiance.
"Thunder God...What sayest thou to a flaggon of mead and some fine ale?" Hercules asks.
Thor looks at Hercules. "Thou art forgetting..."
"Eh? Oh aye," Hercules turns around and delivers the coup de grace upon Hal Jordan.
"Ah yes, where were we? Aye..fine ale...fine friends," he says putting his arms around Thor and Sersi, "What could be a better way to spend an afternoon?"
