I think this has been asked before, but is there ANY way to change the icons on this program for the figs?
Instead of them being just circles on the map maybe an image of the character? Maybe a face image or a full body image?
Is it legal issues or an issue of no one knowing how to change the code? If someone knows how can they let me know via PM so as not to ruffle any Wizkid feathers!
Thanks
Love the program, just missing this 1 piece of eye candy (at least for me)

It's both, actually. Even if I knew how to do it, I would not, because it seems to me like the WK/NECA crew has thus far looked the other way and I'd like to keep it that way. Being under the radar suits OHC just fine. I have no desire to make trouble now, least of all with the official HCO on the way. There's simply no way I could show you Wolverine's ugly mug without a license to do so, even if it is freeware.
My suggestion to you is - if you want to see ol' Canucklehead on the board, buy the official product when it comes out, the graphics look great and it's not too pricey. As of June 21st you can buy in to the final beta test for like $2.
If, however, you're like me and you want to mix it up with everything since Infinity Challenge and you don't have the hardware to run HCO at better than 1 frame per second, OHC is the way to go.

ok so crow can't make it in his "official" release..but what about we users wnat to do privately in our pc?iasked it before too,i'msure theres a wayto change the circles into pics,is just i don't know how to do it
It's not hard, just build both teams and open the battlefield map and set them out there on opposite sides. Then carry on as you wish. The game doesn't limit you and you can roll and the dice you want.

Hey Crow, I've been noticing a glitch.
I don't know if this is unique to me, but when I search based on stats, the entire Green Lantern FF and GF turns up in the results, as does all the Indy sets (Indy, CoH, CoV, Invincibles, BPRD) and the Bystanders and Large Figures sets. Then when I click on any of those figures, it freezes the dial view on whatever the last dial displayed was, and require a restart to do anything else.
Do you think that reloading the sets or the whole program would change this? Has anybody else noticed this?

Also, I'm new and just launched up a IP game with myself, trying to get a feel for the system before I start playing with others, I don't normally use objects when I play and can't figure out how to remove them from the map, help! xD

Drag them off the map to where there is a picture of the Daily Planet newspaper (you can do this to KO'd figures as well). It's below the text window.

thanks, I'd figured it out before hand, couldn't find it in the guide at all when I was trying to figure out how to do it... I probably just missed it though.

I see what you're talking about but have been unable so far to identify the source. My lead suspect however is the fact that I just learned that set is allocated based on the first 2 letters of the ID# (example:IC for Infinity Challenge) but this has gone to heck with some new sets like GL and GLC and GLFF all for different Green Lantern sets... but it treats them all like "Green Lantern Corps" is the set internally.

Hrmm, thanks for the response, Crow. Since it only happens when I search by solely numbers, and the results are always at the end, it's not really a problem, I just wanted to point it out. Really, the only thing more than marginally impacted is the "total results" number, and I can accept that. I can't say it enough, but thanks for the time and effort you put it on behalf of this game and it's following. If you want a hand with the brute force dial coding when sets drop, just say so here, or shoot me a PM. I'll be happy to learn something new that will lend a hand to this community!
