Well if you are mafia pretending to be a cop by throwing a mafia member under the bus...you a) won't be messed with by the town b) the mafia won't kill you or mess with you...perfect little set up honestly :-/ can just throw out random townie coppings for the rest of the game and you are pretty much set.
