Yeah, I think that was a case of "We aren't really doing anything with Hank, so we'll use him." Not only did it not make any sense...no one really cared other than actual Hawk and Dove fans who thought it was a load of bull. lol
I cared as a fan of the story. It was like getting the rug pulled out from under you at the last moment.
Exactly. A bait-and-switch that was mandated by the editors because they didn't like that their original ending had been leaked. It made sense for Captain Atom to be Monarch. It made no sense for it to be Hawk.
Now that we've seen what could be the Aquaman dial, I think he's yet another SR that won't hold a high price for long, if at all. If the Chases are good, they'll just help in pushing down the price of these SR's.

I didn't think it was a spoiler so much as the fact that it was so obvious that every got it right away, so they changed it.
How can I still be tired after taking a 5hour nap?
It is no fun having a cold

That's not due to sleeping too much. That's due to dehydration. Make sure you're well-hydrated before and after you sleep to ensure that you don't get that "I'm still tired even after sleeping a ton" feeling.

I can assure you that I am well hydrated. Drinking a ton of water and tea when I have a cold.

Yeah, well, I still have sleep apnea and that's why I feel tired after a full night's sleep often. My throat closing up every so often causes me to go into the stage of light sleep, where I'm almost waking up, and once it opens up again, I go back into a deeper sleep. Unfortunately, this happens every half hour to 45 minutes, so I'm constantly bouncing between stages of sleep, which prevents my body from staying in the one stage where it can get the kind of sleep I need to regenerate my body. Hence, why I feel tired.
As for dehydration, considering I usually get up 2-3 times per night to go to the bathroom, I think that's probably not a factor.

What kind of sleep apnea do you have? Obstructive? Central?
Sometimes sleep apnea can be caused (or exacerbated) by something as simple as obesity.

I honestly don't know. I went to a sleep clinic and they said I had moderate sleep apnea and that if left unchecked, it could get worse. So I bought a CPAP and use it at night. The doctor may very well have told me what kind it was, but I don't remember, it was a year and a half ago now.
I am chubby, and the fact that I smoke doesn't help either, I'm sure. I'm still in the process of getting my life back on track, so one thing at a time.
