Did anybody go see Tron Legacy? It's going to be shown at the "cheap theater" here in town pretty soon and I think I may make an effort to see it...

I didn't get to see Tron Legacy. I'll have to check it out at the ghetto theater soon, too...

I saw it. The effects were stunning. Visually, the movie is great. Storywise, not so much (Kinda like Avatar - nothing Earth-shatteringly original but it gets you through). I think it was worth seeing on the big screen though (3-D is more fun when its big!).

That was my thought. I like going to the movies but I don't have the spare time that I used to and the cost is a bit prohibitive anymore. Fortunately the cheap theater we have is 3-D capable. Thanks, Bud!
