Yeah I'll be using a slot for the Black Pawns and White Pawns. But did you say that you get 3 generics for each slot? So I get 3 Black Pawns and 3 White Pawns?

Just was thinking, I'm surprised no one has voiced a desire to run a Minute Men / Watchmen team-up. You can only get to 9 figures (I don't count Bubastis as eligable and the rest of the figs in the set are the duos or villains) but it might have some potential.

I thought about them but they really didn't work together as a unit enough for me to pick them. They Teamed up with each other at different points but never really worked as a team.

Depending on how lax people are, it could work, however the Minutemen were never around with the Watchmen, so could you even combine both?

I thought as a theme league we were playing with actual comic book lineups. Did this group of people ever fight with each other? I thought Immortus was pretty much a loner.

So, in "Origin of the Species" Dr. Octopus gathers a bunch of criminals together but the team doesn't really have a name.

Is this fair game to use here? Mostly the roster is Sinister Syndicate/Spiderman Foes.

It's a mix of the line-ups of the Legion of the Unlivings created by Immortus. Just as we were going to allow the FF to grab from "multiple line-ups" I'm figuring there's no reason to not allow the same for the Legion. The only sticking point might be Grim Reaper (who had his own Legions of the Unliving) but even then there's enough connection between the two teams I can see allowing him as a "guest star".

It's not even really a team. He puts together a meeting where he announces a bounty. Most of them didn't even work together and even actively opposed each other in some cases.

Marvel looks pretty balanced so far: 4 hero teams versus 3 villain teams.

DC, on the other hand, currently stands at 3 hero teams facing off against only 1 villain team.

Though depending on how Tanis builds Checkmate he could sway into the Villain role moderately easily; he's certainly fair as a "Neutral".
