He's always come across as a bit, shall we say, socialist, for a collectible game but with this latest he's starting to sound a lot like Brazil to me, in that he keeps trying to wish HeroClix into something it is clearly not.

There's something to be said for flat rarity games. I think though that collectible games have demonstrated a number of times that reprint sets are never well-received. Even Magic, which has used reprint core sets as a fundamental part of it's game structure for years, is drifting away from that policy.
