I have been to a company to interview twice now. Got called back yesterday for a 3rd interview. Spent 5 minutes talking to the regional manager when he says, "I really brought you here to interview 2 account managers who have openings on their team, after you complete this let me know which team you want to work for and we will make it formal".
Completely blew my mind, was an awesome process and I am having a difficult time deciding which position to take. Both pay approximately the same; both are network related, but very different as one is more switching/VPN related while the other is systems admin work.

If you're on the systems admin team you can probably have the authority to surf the net all day outside of the firewalls and any tracking stuff they might have.

Two most important questions I would ask:
1) Which department has the most well-stocked bathroom?
2) Which department will benefit the most from your superior ability to correctly spell the names of all twelve months of the calendar year?
Probably the first, because I'm biased in favor of smashing stuff with big robots.
On a related note, I won't be there tonight, but probably will next week.
