I saw a box of GotG2 several weeks ago at the Target closest to me but didn't buy any since it was cherry picked. Packs opened and scattered.

Haven't seen any of the Wonder Woman set.

I hate the cherry picked stuff. I just close it up, hope they scan the box and only charge me 3.49 for the whole thing. Oddly enough it has only worked once and it was a Guardians 2 display.

Alas, I was looking forward to fondling your package of heroclix tonight, imagining your wife helping box it up. It's odd that my stuff went out only a few hours earlier and arrived days ago, while yours will arrive at best on Monday

Speaking of stuff in the mail, I recently bid on some of the old Treasury edition sized DC and Marvel comics from the '70s, and one that I won was a "DC Christmas with the Super Heroes" or some such title from 1975.

About 2/3 of the way through it (Angel and the Ape story), an old envelope falls out from between the pages when I am reading it Thursday night. Inside was a lock of fine, blondish hair. It easily could have been from a little kid (it was very similar to my boy's hair) or from a dog. I emailed the seller about it, just in case it had some sentimental value or something. He wasn't the owner for long, just basically turned it around from a collection he bought, so no idea who it belonged to.

Now I've found myself making up backstories to explain its presence in my giant comic.

You are correct. I traded for all the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 Target exclusive stuff. Just need the Wonder Woman, but from reading the thread about it, it sounds like no one has seen the Wonder Woman stuff at Target or Toys r Us or anywhere yet.

My apologies for USPS's delay. I know that mail from Bakersfield end up making one or two stops in the Los Angeles ares before it leaves the state.

Yeah. The cashier was checking out the box and the bar code hit the scanner and it rang up for 3.49 (plus tax). He talked to me about it and couldn't believe it was that cheap. I didn't want to ruin that moment for him so I paid cash and walked briskly to my car.

I heard that the cashier was later sacked & so shot himself...hope that doesn't ruin YOUR moment...killer!
