It would help if you'd say what level each of these pieces are so I don't have to figure it out by their point values.
This team is better and has some mobility. It looks like it could definitely work but it's going to take some really good playing.
Your two main attack pieces are just about your *only* attack pieces (although Myst can hold her own). Normally in a 400 pointer I think you want 1-2 Primary Attackers and 2-3 secondaries. Don't get me wrong: this team has all of what you need to win, but I'm afraid with 3/4 of your team bundled up into two nice, juicy targets, you'll get worked by a team that has more secondary attackers.
Personally I'm not a big fan of Mandarin and Juggernaut, at least as far as their clix go, but they can be effective pieces.
Playtest it a few times and let me know how it turns out. If you get stomped, take out Mandarin or Juggs and sub-in a few pieces that aren't as expensive but can still dish the damage.
I need different ideas for 500 point teams but the team symbol has to be the same, you can use any team even the no team symbol (blank duh!). here is mine lets see yours.

Basic strategy is to tk Spiral around as needed, Also perplex up Deathbirds damage with Mystique and have Mary Jane copy the Shield team ability and give a second boost to damage. Wasp ties up and Taxies Destiny or the Panther wherever their needed. So what do you think?
Hey i won a 400 pt constructed tourny with this team:

My rerolls worked out, and the Batman TA work wonders for Doom and Hulk. I was able to shoot my way past a 2 of my oppents and the clock ran down on both to 5 mins left in the game. The second oppenent gave up due to that i had too much left on the board; ie Doom and Hulk, and Doom was hardly touched, and it was only by pushing once. So i scored me a Jesse Chambers.

Well heres the strategy, Johnny Alpha is in hindering next to both Green Arrow and Deathstroke(who are also in hindering). Behind Deathstroke and Green Arrow is Hawkgirl(who carried up Alpha) and Witchblade.
Invisble Girl is in the center, untouchable by all enemies, and giving everyone around her an 18 defense, including the medic, who is behind the lil fortress of ppl.
And of course the Con Artist pushes to get perplex. Green Arrow attacks approaching enemies...and if no 1 does, he can be TKed out, same with Witchblade, who is used to take out the stealthers..

heres my team once more, do u thnk it would be smart to take out R Hawkgirl, and put in the E Wasp from Universe? I would save 8 pts, gain Avengers TA, but would lose charge and Willpower...plus her high D doesnt mean much if Hawkgirl will be next to Invisible Girl neways.
If i got rid of hawkgirl, then i would get rid of the E Conartist, which will leave me with a total of 20 pts, I was thinking a R Destiny. Cuz even tho i have a high D, ppl can get lucky...plus she'll help Witchblade with her bcf

Seems to me unless people are going to be running a 'no-team-ability' team, you're probably not going to see too many Police Department or Hydra teams and hence have an advantage in the Department with Vet Jean Grey. I've run X-men teams like this one with great success.
Again, sorry for the delayed response. Let me know if this will work for you or if you had another Theme Team you'd like me to help you put together. The one you came up with would certainly work, although I'll save my comments regarding Kobra fanatics for AZS's review.

Looks pretty deadly to me. I'm not a big fan of Spiral or Deathbird, but they're both highly effective pieces. I'd run with this team as it is. Mary-Jane could work nicely as an extra SHIELD pump, and under the new rule of 3 could have Deathbird doing 5 clix of damage at range....

Interesting team. Looks like a pretty good build. Some TK and charging bruisers could put a damper on your plans, but I guess you either didn't run into much of that. Congratulations on your win, although I don't know that this team could really go the distance with 67% of your team wrapped-up in two figures. They're good figures, but I think there's good potential for you to get swarmed and spanked with this team....

Well I think KC Shazam is a big investment, but he's also a monster. I don't remember what exactly the ruling was, but I don't *think* you can taxi and use his HSS option on the same action.
For this reason I would suggest dropping the Gotham Undercover and replacing him with a cheap taxi so you can TK Shazam or Black Adam into the fray and then taxi IG out to lend that 18 defense to the two of them.
Teaming up R IG with a big stud like Shazam is nothing new, but it is highly effective.
Of course the main problem I see here is that you've got a 500 point team with exactly 2 offensive pieces. You're counting on your opponent doing a lot of missing and I gotta say that in my experience that isn't always the safest strategy. If your opponent is packing 2-3 perplexers (not uncommon in my experience) then you're 18 defense isn't going to prevent him from hitting you for very long.
I think this team looks like a lot of fun and could be highly effective, but you've got a lot of eggs in 2 baskets, and despite the effectiveness of these two pieces, you'll probably be hurting for actions and end-up pushing one or both of these figs when you would rather not.
Give it a whirl and see how it plays out. Let me know what the outcome is. I love battle reports.

My plan is to have Fate and Taskmaster to fly around as the main fighters. When Fate does a range attack, taskmaster uses hydra TA, When they aim to hit Taskmaster, then I use the JSA TA ability. Green Arrow is shot into stealth at the beginning of the game to offer cover fire. Ultrahumanite uses his TK and outwit, later on in the game he has the option to TK a medic to the wounded or going into the battle, or if things get rough he can stay to help the medic. I wanted to use Ultrahumnite so I built this team.

Well, one of the guys i was playing only knew the "old" rules. Meaning he thought he could still carry figures and then they could move. and he didn't know about the WC abilities that doom and Hulk had. my way to winning was staying in terrain, or behind it so they couldn't see me. and when they did they had to deal with Destiny making them reroll, and luck have it most of the time they missed. the only fig i lost was black panther just so i could base him with one of his key figs to knock him down with a double dose of Doom and Hulk.
