And there it is. Chronos was one of the literal "team" of villains the Sportsmaster gathered to play baseball against the Huntress' team of heroes, in DC Super-Stars #10. (The other I was looking for was Queen Bee, from Action Comics #443.)
JTR got this and was also the first to remember the Crime Champions, so I'll give him the thread.

You're comment about "strikes" made me think at first Chronos was the one who gave A-Roid his steroids, but then I thought twice about that, since the Yankees are an organized team, so there ya go.
In the storyline "Batman: The Long Halloween", Harvey Dent, shortly after becoming Two-Face, hides out in the sewers. While there, what super-powered villain does he meet up with and forms something of a friendship with?

And in recent events, Cyrus Gold lost his battle to gain ever lasting peace and is now in hell. Meanwhile, his body, Solomon Grundy is now a Black Lantern.
Thanks Mr_JTR!
Name 7 people who have held the title of The Flash(Elseworlds/Tangent/Ray Stevens/Alternate Worlds, etc. don't count. Jay Garrick being the exception because he is a part of the mainstream DCU.). Future and past versions are acceptable as long as it's in the mainstream DCU(meaning post-Crisis -New Earth).

Not including alternate worlds and Jay Garrick, I can only come up with 4. I'm way out of the loop.
In my world there are only two - Jay Garrick and Barry Allen.
But my world is a pre-Crisis, no ret-con world of Golden and Silver Age Heroes.
Therefore I am of absolutely no use in this.
Still am curious as to who has had the mantle of "Flash" bestowed upon them in other "worlds."
I have become aware in recent years that Wally West (Kid Flash) had somehow taken over the name, but of course in my world he remains "Kid Flash" and always will be.
