Never really considered him a villian but rather just a cosmic entity and if nothing else his name is descriptive and thus no worse than Spider-Man or Killer Croc

What do you guys think the chances are of Warlord showing up in DC75?
One of my greatest hopes for DC75 is that they explore not only the depth of DC's publishing history, but also the breadth of genres explored in that history.
Yes, of course I want to see DC's bread-and-butter, the superheroes, make up most of the set. I would, though, like to see a portion, maybe 10-12 pieces, representing DC's great horror, fantasy, sci-fi, western, and war characters. The inclusion of a new Sgt. Rock is encouraging. The inclusion of a Warlord fig would also fit right in with that, so I am fully backing your proposal with crossed fingers.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.

Yeah, that's one of my greatest hopes too. Right up there with world peace, and an American sitcom that's actually funny and lasts more than one season. (Still pissed off about Better Off Ted.)
I'm afraid WK/Neca is going to go with the money, or where they think the money is. And I think they'll think they have a better chance of selling 20 Skittle Lanterns than Warlord, the Trigger Twins, and Enemy Ace.

Better Off Ted actually lasted 2 seasons. Though I do agree that it was a great show, and a great loss for TV.
Don't you think that figures like Jonah Hex, Cave Carson and the Spot indicate that they ARE willing to throw in the occasional low-popularity niche figure?
I think Warlord will happen in clix. A lot of characters from the Warlord comic? I don't know about that, but Warlord himself, sure.
CarlosMucha: that is like be running in a Olimpic race competition just one step to get the gold and then a Giant children place a mirror in your side and you discover what you are really a hamster over a whell and the gold is just a slice of chess. Avatar Summoning: Original GotG, Melter, Whiplash
It's my magnificent obsession. It seems everywhere I look it's being lauded as the greatest thing to happen to comics since the four-color printing process and I feel like I'm the only one saying that the Emperor has no clothes.

Well, magnificent isn't the word I'd use.... I get people who like really old-school, really classic characters. I'm one of them. But you got embrace the new with the old, man. At least as far as realizing the new is what will give you the old (in this game), eventually.

It made cosmic DC a little more popular than it was. I got into Green Lantern late(started reading a little after Sinestro Corps finished) but once I did, I became a major fan of the Corps. Oddly enough, I love the actual Corps more than Hal, but that is just preference, I guess.
Anyway, I do agree that these "skittle" lanterns as you call them are a little absurd in concept, but the stories with them are really good, and until they become watered down, I will remain a fan of all the corps. Do I think that the multi-colored lanterns are the best thing that ever happened to DC? No, but they make for a good read.
Did you know that Mike Grell got into the comics industry as legendary cartoonist Dale Messick's assistant? He learned from the best!
What a great creator.
