Eh, I'm heading to the elevator.

I am going to the bartender to order the fruitest most girliest drink he has, put it on Snake's tab, then go into the elevator. Not sure, guess it would take swagger to do this...

I'll analyze the dark place we're in and try to find anything special or useful about it.(Brains).

Jawa heads to the bar and asks the bartender for some advice. The bartender shrugs.

"Order a drink."

Wade overhears and decides it's a pretty good idea, so he goes to the bar and orders the girliest thing available, asking for it to be put on the camouflaged man's tab.

"One rainbowtini coming up."

The bartender shakes up the fruitiest concoction imaginable, with no less than 3 slices of fruit on the lip, and upwards of 5 tiny paper umbrellas. Wade sips the drink as he heads toward the elevator. As he passes the man in camouflage, he salutes him with his glass. The man growls, and Wade grins. Girly drinks are shockingly expensive.


Everyone joins up and piles into the elevator. The doors close, and the journey begins. When the doors open again, the four of you step out to find yourselves on a platform suspended in the air over a pit of lava. Four smaller platforms also hang in the air, two raising diagonally to your left, and two to your right. Stranger and Smudge are no where to be seen.

Suddenly, you hear deep and sinister laughter, as a giant pair of hands come zooming in from over the horizon, grabbing Jawa and Sky, flying away with them. Pax and Wade exchange glances. What will they do with no adult supervision? It's only now that Pax and Wade notice they are not quite alone. On the top most of each platform stands a figure. On the left, a boy in a white t-shirt and sunglasses. On the right, a... something. Whatever it is, it is in space suit, and brandishing a ray gun.

Meanwhile, the giant hands fly faster and faster, and the world around Jawa and Sky blurs. When the hands finally begin to slow, they find themselves in a much different area. The hands set them down upon the on top of a muti-tiered spaceship, flying low, skimming the tops of clouds. Despite the speed at which the ship is traveling, you find no problem keeping purchase upon it's surface, and you have no trouble breathing. How, you ask? Don't worry about it. Oh, it seems you were expected. The hands have gone, leaving you in the company of a three-legged creature, with eyes on stalks, an anthromorphic slug in boxer shorts, and a short blue man. They wait for you on the bottom level, while you stand on the top.

But where are Stranger and Smudge in all this? Well, they received a similar reception as Sky and Jawa upon exiting the elevator, only instead of being dropped on a spaceship, they were deposited upon a pirate ship sailing the calm blue ocean. Here they waited for some time, admiring the scenery, and only vaguely wondering what everyone else was up to. They were just about to get bored, when Stranger noticed and orange shape in the sky, flying closer and closer. Soon, it took a more definite form, a strange, furry-like, flying fox, carrying a monkey dressed in pink, with a blond ponytail. Now, finally, the pair has arrived, and set themselves upon the highest platform on the mast of the ship.

All 6 of you suddenly become aware that each of you has 3 lives. So begins the party splitting experiment. You may take your actions. Note, in case it isn't obvious, you may only interact with things that are on your stage.

Oh, and Wade and Jawa got XP.

Hope this write-up was worth the wait.

So me and Sky are paired up for this one. I can't say I have any reason to be displeased with that turn of events.

So, Sky, how do you want want to do this? Think there's any point in trying to communicate with them?

We're essentially down 3 vs 2 here, and this being smash bros, I'd rather not risk it. (Really wish I had beaten the pokemon trainer, could possibly have evened this up)

I know you have the star item/trait from Kirby, so that may come in handy, and I still have the shotgun, albeit with only one round.

Seeing as this is a % based fighting game, I say using the Shotty is a waste unless we absolutely need to.

As for our opponents, I know megaman, but have no idea who the other 2 are, do you?

And finally, do our enemies have 3 lives as well, or just one?

I think those would be Toejam and Earl. Odds are, I'd say they're fighting Ice Climbers duo style.

How about this - we focus on taking out T&E first, then if we still have Megaman around after we've beaten them, we can see if we can talk to him at all.

Here's my thought - You use your Jarate on Toejam & Earl, then I'll target them with my Kirby Star. I have a hunch that if we can pull this off right, we just might be able to pull of some sort of super combo with the two.
