To set the scene, yesterday afternoon the wife went shopping, and I put the toddler in the corral and the 6yo was watching TV so I could go to the restroom. So immediatly the young one starts screaming because she cannot see anyone.
Just as I sit down and get things started the doorbell rings...
I yell for the elder to not open the door, she ignores me.
So I can hear some talking and I am trying to rush things.
I finish up and come out of the bathroom and my kid is standing in the living room with a mom and daughter from the next street over talking about her little sister.
I got an ugly look from the mom, I figure because I did not answer the door and a mouthy kid was giving them a tour of my house.
They were going door to door selling crap for a school fundraiser, luckily nice people.
I think my 6yo is trying to get us killed.
I am going today to get a security latch for the door that is too high for her to reach.
She was smart enough to keep the dog from escaping.
Why you gotta pick on the Catholics? All they ever did was cause the Crusades, hold a tiny Inquisition followed by decades of inappropriate behavior with children. When are people gonna let it go?
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.

I had a respone all typed out and decided to delete it and replace it with this as it was over the top even for me and my open loathing of Organized Religion.

That's right you better.
You don't want 1989's Archdiocese of Philadelphia's extraordinary altar boy award recipient going crazy on you.
