They had one chance to turn things around. Ever since they showed up here no one had been able to get a handle on exactly what was going on. No handle on who was systematically taking them out of the picture. Still the night started off well enough for them.

The girl on the horse...or was it a unicorn...never could quite tell, rode through town looking for someone. Behind her walked the man from the first night with the stick of dynamite. Only this time, he was singing some lyrics.

“I've paid my dues
Time after time
I've done my sentence
and committed some crimes
And bad mistakes
I've made a few…” he stopped as the girl turned to face him. “I’ve been looking for you, Genia”

A slight grin came across her face, that’s when he realized his error. She was looking for him too.

The faceless man walked to his target. It was a frustrating past few days, but he was optimistic. He saw a small little English girl strumming on her guitar.

“Wait, you were the one with the coffin that day,” the faceless man gasped.

The girl started singing, “Just go to sleep
And dream of me
We'll find happiness here
If we just keep our eyes open to this
Just give me a sign
That we will be just fine
Close your eyes
And dream for us”

As she continued, the faceless man found it hard to keep his eyes open.

“Good, she may be our only hope at this point,” the girl with the long hair responded.

A humming melody starts in the distance getting closer.

“You hear that, Lilly?” the man asks.

“Yeah, what is it, Austin?” Lilly looks around frazzled as the sound gets louder.

“I don’t know.” Austin's voice wavers.

From around the corner, 5 people appear harmonizing, “I'm waking up to ash and dust,

“Oh ####, it’s Pentatonix! Run!” Austin turns and grabs Lilly and tries to run away. Only to be confronted by an unassuming man who also breaks out into song, “You wake up in a spooky place
You're a kid with a spooky face
Heart-a-thumpin', ya start-a-jumpin'
Be careful that you don't fall

Clearly, something is not quite right
Everything is in black and white
You keep trying, but you keep dying
And that's the point of it all!”

Then Lilly trips, pulling down Austin. As he stumbles to regain his footing, he runs face first into a fire hydrant. He does not stir. Pentatonix surrounds Lilly. When they are done, she, too, does not stir. “It’s over, we have won.”

Some thoughts.

Until the he died, Colonialbob had more night attention dedicated to him than the music mafia combined. 5 to 4. (and 3 of those four actions were beneficial actions for them).

It seemed as if the town was heavily reliant on getting results from powers vs. day actions. And that hurt them immensely.

I feel like an idiot for not instantly thinking pentatonix when I read that write up. I've seen them live. Twice.

We did have a very high success rate. This may be the first mafia I've been on where our kill has gone through every night.

Quick question. Was cbob the SK or was there even a SK?

I had a ton of fun this game with the fakeclaim. I figured it was a good cover since my power explanation would be that I was YouTube Pooping players at night, making their powers do different things.

Wait? Does that orange have a face?: People get very confused when they look at you. As a result, they will spend all night trying to figure you out, when you decide to talk to them. You are a roleblocker.

Annoyance - Well you are annoying there is no hiding that trait. Seriously. As a result, you are also an extremely annoying jester. You can get yourself lynched some point after Day 4 if at least one mafia and one neutral has been removed from the game. If those conditions are met, you leave the game a winner.



[malakim2099] You are Wil Wheaton (town). I never understood the hate this guy got. So he was Wesley Crusher in ST:TNG. He wasn't nearly as Mary Stu-ish as people made him out to be. Anyway, after he grew up a little and got past the child actor stage, he showed up in other nerdy adventures and shows (Leverage being my favorite). Now he's the host of TableTop, a youTube show that focuses on all types of, you guessed it, tabletop games.

This phaser? It's not set to stun. - While you know the rules of many games backwards and forwards, you can't seem to escape your Star Trek past. So you haven't, you've decided to embrace it. If you've shown up on tvtropes as a trope, it's very likely you will be condemned for your sin.

She's interesting, in an odd way.

I have no idea who you were RPing as. If we figured out a theme for maf, I would have gone back and looked through your posts. But they were entertaining enough for me to have not thought of you as maf.


We had Cbob pegged as a neutral pretty early, but it didn't really ever become of anything. Most of the day time was spent on fighting amongst ourselves than getting any real work done. Mafia stayed anonymous for the most part, and we didn't really focus on them.

Yeah most likely. But the theme would have remained hidden until one of you died. I knew it wouldn't really be fair to you to give too many hints in the writeups. I didn't want to get anyone write up copped. (Though that was a power in one of my original drafts).

He was actually the Serial killer with the most awful luck.

Power reversed the first night. Roleblock and power stolen the second. No action the third, because of the power steal and then died night 4 (at least he got one kill off I guess).

The gift I kept referencing in the writeups was death. (Kinda like Hercules and the gift of battle)

Definitely SK, just had really bad luck.
