So I pulled the U Jack Bauer click but wont play him. Because no one plays Jack Bauer and lives.
His special power is that when he makes a ranged attack and misses he deals his full damage to any figure behind the target character. See Jack Bauer doesn't miss he was just shooting the terrorist behind you.
