I'm not sure why, but I was motivated to go into work today. Then I got there and everything went back to normal. Close one.

So everything still seems to be coming along fine, and the kids are excited. It's going to be a long next 6 or so months. Ugh. I'm tired and cranky already, so it'll be interesting to see how bad I am in about a year from now!

Yeah, that was a bit extreme to get rid of mice. What if it failed? What if the mice eat the kids?

Hiring a pied piper would have been a better choice. Rowdy Roddy can't do it and Mia Piper was not approved by the wife.

Anybody do anything exciting or at least interesting over the Easter weekend? I have today off, but snow and rain predicted for the entire day. It has snowed 2 of the 3 days off so far. Sucky weather for this late in Spring. A good day to work in the house. Decided to will my comics and clix to Spike, but he has to see this post first. The mice can go to 'mute. Phant can have the excess children.

On Saturday I helped my wife with a donation drive for a place that helps homeless teenagers. We collected two pickup truck beds full of stuff, and over $1200 in cash. Then I went to my band's bbq and jammed with them. Then I went to a local club and sat in on one song for a band (Remedy by Seether) that is going to have me sub for their show in a couple of weeks.

On Sunday I made dinner for 12 people and then cleaned up afterwards.
