Assuming you mean any Flash that has worked as "The Flash" on the regular/mainstream universe's Earth, then there's Barry Allen, Wally West, Walter West, Bart Allen, Jesse Chambers, Sela Allen, John Fox, Blaine Allen and Jace Allen.

But I thought he debuted in a Flash Super-Spectacular some 10 years earlier, drawn by Irv Novick. it fetured interconnected stories with Jay, Barry, and Wally (still Kid Flash) and a future Flash.

If that's a separate character, then there's another Flash for you.
