I'm working on the draft simultaneously. Since the argument broke out, I've gotten 2 picks up, and am working on the next one. I am just about to send a PM to the next person who I don't have a draft from, and the person after that.

A bid has been made for R Mystique, who was drafted by X-Factor. Any team that can make a theme claim to the character can make a bid of at least 51 points to win her.

AFAIK, only X-Factor and the Dark X-Men could make a bid, but my mutant-fu and current Marvel knowledge is very weak and I don't want to assume there's only two.

If it were Ultimate Mystique there might be trouble, but no, just the two

Hey, I've just spotted a common mistake on the teams:

According to the core (Sabbac and Jinx), ManofCopper's team is not Fatal Five, it's Fearsome Five.

As the old-owner of Fearsome Five, I'm proud to see someone picking the fear flame for this season too. Unless, of course, ManofCopper was really aiming at Fatal Five, in which case his core should change.

Quick recap:

Fearsome Five : Jinx, Psimon, Shimmer, Mammoth, Dr Sivana. Nasty team that usually confronts the Titans. Other known members: Dr Light, Sabbac.

Fatal Five: Mano, Emerald Empress, Tharok, Validus, The Persuader. Futuristic team of villains that usually fight the Legion of Superheroes.

Wow, GL4Life drafted Lobo...pretty ambitious. ; )

I recall that Turtle allowed a day at the end of each round to give time for people to consider making steals. But as far as the specific time the steal could be made, I didn't see anything in the rules about that.

H&C let me know his intention to steal Mystique before the round had even begun, so I didn't see a reason to wait.
