These upgrades only come out of the XP points they have earned and not RPs correct?

RPs are just for getting new characters in the mid-season draft correct?

I need that Thor... :P And you can make one upgrade per character per game, before a new match begins, that is correct. XP only for that is correct as well. RP is only for drafts.

Remember, you can only upgrade each character once after a game. If you earned 100 XP, you couldn't upgrade AND buy a feat.

In preparing a setup for the now-faux generation x, I remembered that when I played them in game 1 the points were off by one. This is a good reminder for everyone to go through your finished games and make sure your VP are tallied correctly. I'm just going by what is listed in the rosters. Anyhow, I cede my 1A spot due to this missing VP lol.
