Against heavy hitting ranged attackers, both Hulks in this set are likely to see the back halves of their dials pretty frequently. But both of these Hulks can cover large distances easily.
Once they get in close and get their mitts on the ranged guys, its gonna get brutal and ugly and I give it to the Hulks 75% of the time, at least. Mid-range point, ranged attackers are gonna get torn like cheap toilet paper.
Definitely agree. I think that Phoenixbuster would get two shots in before Hulk actually got within striking distance, but that'll just put Hulk on his first stop click with no action tokens and Regen, and by that point, Hulk can literally regen up to his top click with the 2 Rage tokens from the attacks. Even if he rolls a 1, he'll still get to heal past the stop click, and Phoenixbuster has to clear. And the second that Hulk gets its hands on Phoenixbuster, he will knock him straight to uselessness in one shot.
Hulkbuster can technically hit at range, but with a 12 movement Charge, he actually has a better reach not doing that, and can deal more damage. Even if he hits Hulk at Range 5, Hulk can always use his own Charge to retaliate, the only thing stopping him being some good ol' elevated terrain. The problem though is again, after two hits, Hulkbuster still has to hit Hulk at least twice to get him to that stop click, and that clears Hulk, and gives him an Improved Regen. The worst part is that, again, even if he hovers around that first stop click, Hulkbuster has to hope Hulk just rolls a 1 on his follow-up Regens (even a 2 will put him above the stop click with the Anger token from taking damage), and in the meantime, Hulk is clearing everytime he lands on that stop click. The second Hulkbuster misses, has to clear, or otherwise lets Hulk get a shot in, it's going to go downhill from there for Hulkbuster.

This all could be very movie accurate, Hulk could really pummel the Hulkbuster armor after he takes some shots from Tony who knows

I think....Hulk will win but something will calm him down at the very end (maybe Black Widow?). We need to explain why the Hulkbuster armor is ruined so it can't be used later, how the team is fragmented and on the run (I assume this fight happens around the mid-point in in the movie), and we need to turn audience opinion of Iron Man from infallible snarky genius back to irresponsible jerk dealing with a lot of issues in time for Cap 3. By the end of this movie, Iron Man will have to deal with the fact that he basically set Ultron loose on the world, built an armor for the express purpose of beating up his closest or second closest buddy, and got in to a philosophical argument with Captain "I'm never on the morally ambiguous side" America in that leaked scene. Basically, the theme of this film seems to be "Iron Man screwed up," and I think losing that fight fits better with that than winning the fight.
