My team is in on those meetings but we're supposed to help explain why the new flow works and what makes it so great.

even though the only reason it works for our team is because we are smaller and don't deal with super fast turn around filings.

Do yourself a favor and leave that last part off in any meeting you attend. They don't need your negativity!
