My Blue-Eyes Deck still exists in the Deck Depot...though it hasn't been updated lately since no one even bothered looking at most of my Decks that I posted...
Anyways...things like Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes are other "family" monsters I wish were expanded on more...
i feel u halfdemon, so far from my tyrant dragon deck post u were the only one to post any kind of tip or suggestion...sigh lol. i guess its all a matter of luck cus sometimes i see a lot of peeps reply n otehr times when its jus dead heh.
u jus gotta keep tryin i guess, i'm still hopin some other peeps will be kind enough to give me feedback on that deck cus i really want it to do good. I think I already saw yours as well as tyran'st bewd decks n they looked good man, nj!
Yeah...so many cards = lots of experimenting to be done. It's why the game hasn't gotten boring to me yet, even though I've been around since the start of the OCG.
what makes that a dragon deck? you just put 3 troop dragons, 3 masked dragon and 2 stamping destruction and a twin headed behemoth in a cookie cutter deck and called it a "dragon deck." there are only 8 dragons in a deck full of 14 monsters, and 2 dragon support cards.
It's as competitive as dragons will get. There are only 4 good dragons, I use 3 of them. There's only 1 good dragon support card, I use it.
I wasn't looking for fixes btw.
Unfortunately, you are greatly mistaken. Dragons can be MUCH more competitive while still looking like an ACTUAL Dragon Deck...like we said...it's not even a "Dragon Deck" at all...all it is is a CC-style Deck with a few Dragons thrown in with 2 other things that directly work with them...
Does Armed Dragon work best in a dragon deck or is it best supported by using other types? I've used dragon decks with Armed Dragon as the main monster before, but I'm wondering if that's really the most effective way to go. I've had more luck with Horus in a deck that doesn't use any other dragons. What's your opinion?

Really, only itself, Dragon or WIND (mostly Dragon-Type except for things like Flying Kamakiri #1) work with the Armed Dragon series in it.
I always run it along with Twin-Headed Behemoth, Masked Dragons (search out Armed Dragon Lv 3 and Behemoth) as well as a couple Luster Dragons and Golbin Elite Attack Forces (high ATK points for discarding via Armed Dragons effect, kills even Cyber Dragons). Sometimes I even side 1-2 Fusilier Dragons (2800 ATK, kills anything commonly played when discarded). Most of the deck should be Dragons, however, because Stamping Destruction makes life so much easier for your Armed Dragons.
