TBH I've only actually bothered to watch WWE twice in 2021, the Rumble and Mania. And now that arguably my top 2 favorites of the era, Black and Joe, are no more, the point of watching any of their programs is dwindling at an alarming rate.

FWIW Joe has been re-hired by the WWE and could be returning as the GM of NXT or they are bringing him back to take the title off of Karen Kross. Your guess is as good as mine. Allister Black will probably show up in AEW, NJPW or Impact.

Yeah, I haven't followed professional wrestling since the mid to late '90s, but by god it was entertaining as heck for a few years for me. Wasted many an hour when I should have been working on Army stuff or improving my relationships.

The 90's, glorious years for wrasslin. I miss those days, it's still real to me damn it! Just kidding!

Did anyone ever try out those WWE Clix? If so, how was it?

I have played or played against all the WWE figures, they can be game breaking in a multi-verse game. They get to move for free, 1st turn (grand entrance), and they can't be targeted by Outwit or range attacks on click 1. I'm currently playing in a UCWF (Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation) League that meets up sporadically that utilizes all the WWE figures and modern age DC and Marvel figures with pro wrestling backgrounds. I'm anxiously awaiting WWE wave 2, it was suppose to release June of last year.

That honestly sounds cool, at least in the right context anyway.

Today was our last day of school. One of my classes just finished the topic Ancient Greece and wanted to watch Disney's animated Hercules (from like 1996 or 97) movie. It was a fun movie, and Hades was great in it. After school I went into the comic shop to cover for a bit and open one WW80 booster...BOOM! Hades SR was in it, a figure I very much wanted. Coincidence? I think not.

The last thing we read was the story of Hercules and the Golden Apples with 4th graders. I found a cheesy Saturday morning cartoon version of it. The name of the cartoon was Mythic Warrior - Guardians of the Legend. Such a silly title, but the kids enjoyed it.

I am back from my fishing trip, and it was fantastic. Bonus points: I didn't go to the emergency room!
