OK...with that little hint...I'll take a shot at Green Arrow...

Subtle as a train wreck, wasn't it? Yep, the "before" and "after" photos (in All-Star Squadron #60) both showed Green Arrow; and in fact I recall reading an interview with Roy Thomas at the time, where he said he'd still be allowed to use Green Arrow in the Squadron. But this was apparently later decided against by the editorial staff.

Frankly, I think that the origin stories of the "Earth-One" and "Earth-Two" Green Arrows are so vastly different, there was no reason why the Golden-Age version couldn't still have existed, with but a change of secret identity.
