Our third wedding anniversary is next week and we still haven't had a proper honeymoon, so it's hard for me to say though.

Just read an article that says the city with the highest percentage of people affected by the shutdown is Colorado Springs. I'm not one of them, but several of my friends are. The upside is getting random texts from them with pictures of their excellent yard-work.

Got a second job today at FedEx...that means I'll be really busy during season, but I should be able to save money. Couple that with the fact that I'm down 100 lbs in 10 months hope to be 225 by feb (my program weight in HS), then I can figure out what to do about schooling.

Hope my plan works, they usually don't.

Had a great Clix night yesterday. I took my daughter Jackie to a FI Month 5 tourney. In fact, she insisted on using the Super Mario dice that I recently got in a trade with Stan. (We play as a team - she rolls dice and I move the pieces.)

Anyway, it was a two-booster sealed (FI and WATXM) with a mulligan rule. Buy-in was $24 and mulligans were $12 a pop. The WATXM booster gave up a SR Black Queen. The FI had a SR Dracula, which I had pulled a couple of months back. I decided to play the booster lottery and bought a mulligan (FI booster), which netted me SR Nul! I wound up trading the Drac for a SR Angrir and a couple of rares. This means that I now have all of the SR's and only need Nerkkod, Mokk, Ms. Marvel, and Mighty She-Hulk to complete the set! Yay me!

(Jackie got the SR Black Queen, who turned out to be the MVP in the 500 point team build. Went 1-1 in two rounds, and went home with no LE but with awesome pulls! )
