2 because I run Genis Vell.... I can't upgrade him and so his XP feels wasted. I like having the option to just throw crap on him

I like the way HCFL does it but i am the newcomer to this league so whatever happens is ok. I just like being able to play everything as intended, with exception to that really cool list of custom feats

I think we decided in HCFL to allow multiple feats per character for next season.

100% agree. If someone is going to spend 200xp to get four feats and then spend 20-30 points per game to use them, that is fine by me.

We've always allowed multiple fests I'm the HCFL.
