I don't quite get Kid Zoom's special powers:

He can use Incap normally; I get that part. What the heck does the part I italicized mean?

Does this mean that if he's within X spaces of a figure (and I assume line of fire is required) that the figure automatically can't use Hypersonic Speed? No attack needed? Doesn't require a target, unlike Outwit or Perplex?

Some one could put up a poll thread and ask what figure they want the most from all the Lanterns and Dex would win by a land slide.

There is well over a foot of snow outside my door. Fun!

Yes it is fun isn't it. I got called into work and stepped into a snow drift up passed me knee. Just gettting out my door. The driving in on major road ways that hadn't even been plowed yet. I am telling you Delaware gets the tinyest bit of snow and every one goes crazy. But me and my Tahoe had loads of fun coming into work. Can't wait to see what it is going to be like going home at around 3pm.

I'm hoping it rains today. That would mean snow just south of where I live. That would mean no in-laws coming to visit today!

The only amusement I have had here at work is waiting for this big hunk of over hanging snow to fall. There is a huge boulder like hunk of snow and ice hanging over the entrance to Admissions and I am waiting for it to fall on some ones head and just make their day even more miserable then it is now because of the snow.
