Here's what I found on Mrs. Jeb Bush. Not someone most card-carrying republicans would want as a First Lady.
Columba Bush (born August 17, 1953) is the wife of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and the sister-in-law of President George W. Bush.
Bush was born as Columba Garnica Gallo in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, where she grew up and attended high school. Her parents were Jose Maria Garnica, a migrant worker, and Josefina (or Josephina) Gallo. She met Jeb Bush in 1971 in León, where he was teaching English as part of a foreign exchange program. They were married on February 23, 1974, in Austin, Texas.[1]
Could be worse, he could've met and married you.
Weird thing, shows I don't follow the news too much, is that I thought Jeb was still gov of Fla.
Sensation Comics, Comic Cavalcade, All-Star Comics and Wonder Woman for the 40's.
All-Star Squadron, Wonder Woman, Super Friends and Justice League for the 70's ???
Well, you got seven of eight, so I'll give it to you rather than drag this out.
All-Star Squadron didn't begin publication until 1981, and as I stated before, Wonder Woman was never a "regular" star of that book. The fourth late-70s title I was looking for was World's Finest (Wonder Woman was a feature in that title from 1977-79, the first two years it was a "dollar sized" comic). And I did specify late 1970s; Wonder Woman wasn't even a regular JLAer from 1969-76.

You're up, JTR.
Ugh, I always think of Worlds Finest as a strictly Batman/Superman team-up book.
I'd like to thank Wyld for giving me most of those.
Captain Marvel once fought Thor during the "DC Vs Marvel" mini. Just efore they engaged each other in battle, and after some small talk, each did something, the same thing really. What was it they did?
I thought that was a nice touch, as both were empowered by deities known as "gods".
That's how I thought about it when I first read it. Here they were, beings of enormous power, kneeling down and praying. That was the second best fight in the whole series, Cap Vs Batman being my fave, mostly because they were the least powerful and yet made the biggest difference when confronting the "Brothers".
"Pray" is correct.
The thread is once again yours, CuCr.
Try not to use it to stump for Pat Buchannon.
If we are following regular history, I believe it would be Wonder Woman, Black Canary Hawkgirl Zatana after that, females in the group are sparse until JLA Detroit and you get Vixen and Gypsy (unless you want to count Jana )
Every relationship is fundamentally a power struggle, and the individual in power is whoever likes the other person less.

We are indeed following regular history and it was indeed Hawkgirl. I was counting on people thinking Zatanna came before her, but I reckoned without your abilities. The thread is yours.

Weird how history changes. After COIE, Black Canary was considered the first fem of the group and it was hard to reread those old stories and try to replace WW with BC in that role. And in the animated JLA/JLU, WW was first, but Hawkgirl was second. I forgot Zatanna was one of the early joiners.
Not all that early, actually. She worked with them a couple of times in the late 60s and early 70s, but didn't formally join the team until 1978, nearly twenty years after their founding. And at that was only the fourth female member.
