(And really, has there been a character in Marvel that's been given more crap than Wanda Maximoff? Seriously?)
Hank Pym?
As for the Scott/Phoenix stuff, yeah, I've kind-of thought the same (that he should know). Still, they've spent the last few years basically "putting the weight of the mutant world" on his shoulders - it was entirely up to him to save an entire race and I think he went to extremes (and really believed in the Hope situation).
Once Scott was possessed by Phoenix...well, that's the keyword: possessed. It's a corrupted force - I don't consider it Scott being the one who did those things but the Phoenix Force (which I've looooong hated and wish they'd stop tossing it at us).

Hell, at least Parallax was due to a giant yellow space bug.

Yeah, it's a good example of why I don't read comics anymore.

Quebbs, that is an excellent image! Should be a tee-shirt or something! LOL!!
In other news, it's Friday. I didn't quite so much make it to today than I was chucked over here by catapult, but so be it. I'll take the weekend all the same. Besides catching up on yardwork (boo!) I intend to start organizing the comics and Heroclix (yay!) that have taken over my work space at home. Plus, I get to spend all day on Sunday with my daughter Violet, just the two of us, and Vi likes watching football with Daddy.
By the way, if anyone is interested you should check out my latest photos on FB. My daughter Maddie turned 5 yesterday. While we were getting ready to celebrate at home, we turned our backs long enough for Maddie to break open the Mr. Sketch markers (the ones that smell like fruit) and paint her face and arms because she wanted to turn into a goblin. Then she did the same for her little sister Violet so until their bath time I had two goblin girls running around the house. I could have been upset but I was too busy laughing at the birthday shenanigans. Happy Friday to one and all!
