So you've got Rick's guys, you've got HENRY and the test subjects, which are full 3-click figures, but I'd say they fall under the rule, given that they're not part of your 8 figures and brought in by other means. And Iron Man, but he's a one-turn.
I would be fine house ruling a limit. I'm trying to think of what figure might have the largest number of these. I'm thinking it may be Peter the Hunter, who can bring in 4 distinct individual pogs. I wouldn't want to nerf any figure with the house rule, so should we say tentatively 4? And if you agree, you can't bring in another one of these until I've KOd two of them.
Dynamo on Test 5. AV10 on DV17. Gets 7. KOs him.
Okay maybe I will bring in one more Shi'ar, though I won't be doing her any favors with what I'm going to do for her. Deathbird.

Deathbird teleports, Outwits Test 3's PC and CHarges to J11 on Strucker, AV11 +2 on DV17. Gets 11. Jakeem's LOF is blocked. Blades roll only does 2. Pity, that would have been a nice time for a 6.

First, I wouldn't count an ID card figure in this grouping. That's a one turn bonus.
Second, I'd say we max out at 3 'pogs' on board at a single time. This is just to be consistent with our generics rule. And like that rule we make exceptions where they apply (Seven Deadly Brothers comes to mind). This would apply to Black Lantern Aquaman and Peter the Hunter, too. For the most part though, we stick to three pogs.
So once I'm down to three pogs, I can't add another until one of those is koed.
Strucker gets an evolution card.
Ward rce on Deathbird. Needs 7, rolls 10 ( 2 5s). Charge prevents kb so 4 to her.
Strucker needs 5 to ko her, rolls 11. Done.
Cape Killer rs to F14 targeting Korvus. Needs 4, rolls 9. Oracle makes it 7. KOs him.
Namor pushes to I17, blocking d.r. of Korvus. KOs himself, that's 1 pog down.
Jakeem takes barrier and stealth. Barriers over DB.

No less than I expected with Deathbird. Pity she only got a hit for 2 damage in. Too bad about Korvus though.
Jinku blows the Barrier in J11
In a way, you do me a favor with your Barrier. I don't need to worry about your PCers.
Jason teleports and Charges to J11 on Strucker, AV10 +1 on Dv18. Gets 6. Oracle makes it 9. Blades is 3. All but a KO.
Lilandra RS to L20 on Cape Killer, AV10 on DV17 +1. Gets 7. Isis makes it 4.
Oracle Pulse Waves. Gets 10. 1 to Cape Killer. 1 also to Jinku. Should have done that in reverse order.
One of the ironies of this game is when you're as far behind as I am, sometimes it makes sense to intentionally put yourself over 500. So Proteus. RS to I21 on Cape Killer, AV10 on DV16 +1. Gets 10. 3 Penetrating is a KO.
Makes my second replacement a freebie. Lets do a couple of Raptors, since they keep me themed. One moves to F14 blocking the Cape Killer.

"Allow it? You speak as if that is your choice to make," Strucker said. "You will find I do not die easily. You, on the other hand, will follow Deathbird to the grave."
"Majestrix, your Fraternity of Raptors is here," one of them told Lilandra.
"Good. We will need you."
"Why would you need them, when you have me?" Proteus said, taking out the Cape Killer with one shot.
"Foolish man," Proteus said. "My mind is as strong as yours. Freeing Dynamo is child's play, and then you are ours!" The two powerful villains turned their attacks to the Key. He didn't last but a second or two.
I guess I'll give Ward my last feat: trick shot. He uses it to see Shrike. Jakc makes his damage 3 before rce. Needs 7, rolls 9. An easy ko.
You mentioned having to attack the Key since he's all I gave you. Sadly, whomever I send out your way is a target. Another Hypertime goodie: TO Morrow. Rick makes his av 10 and sends him to the porter.
Morrow pops out at M16 attacking Howard. Needs 6, rolls 11. Isis makes it 4. Jakeem makes it 12. Seems a fair battle, two figures under 40 points.
Jakeem picks stealth/invincible.

I managed to avoid going over my points last time with Stark. Not happening this time. I'm not going for a dedicated Outwitter though, so just going to have to take my chances with Morrow's SS

Lilandra on Morrow, needs the same. Gets 9. SS is 3. 3 to him.
Jinku on Morrow, AV10 on DV12 +1. Gets 8. SS is 3. Not too bad. Only wasted one attack on the SS roll.
My Raptor just blows up the object that Ward's under.
Oracle back to I21
Lord Satanus wasn't around long enough to use Lady Blaze with him, but I will use her now. Teleports to Block Morrow first. Then RS to O17 on Ward, AV11 on DV17. Gets 11. 3 Penetrating to him.
I'll give the Cyclops Fragment to Proteus, and the rest can wait. Also actually remembering to slap a couple regular objects onto the map.
