The figure in L6 is the ID Card Panther? Or a Berzerk Gorilla? Seems there's some inconsistency in your post, recap and story.

Panther should be showing 2. He didn't Evade Giganto's Quake last time. And Cloak and Dagger should be out of your recap.

Honestly I see no reason not to keep going with Giganto - not while he's got so many targets. He does the Quake thing. Creeper gets SC and rolls 6. Giganto rolls 3. Zatanna makes it 6. All that does is 1 more to Spiral and KB again to N13. And 1 to Giganto.

Hm, two replacements. One is going to be a freebie. Hm, I've not actually used Wolverine yet. How about I do that. I'll use the new one at 70 points, directly replaced Faust and attacks the Gorilla, Av11 on DV17. Gets 5 and Zatanna can't help. That's been one lucky gorilla.

Evolutionary to I8, Outwits the Chief's Super Senses.

Another character that's a "how haven't I played him yet" is Daredevil. Take the DP202 as a freebie. Teleports to J11. Double Incap on Apache Chief and Creeper? SC is 5 for Creeper. That's 3 in a row for him. Spiral then as target 2. AV11 on DV17 +1 and DV13. Gets 6. Zatanna makes it 10. A Token and a click and a KO to Apache Chief. A Token only to Spiral.

Thanos is on my playlist, like you with DD and Wolverine, I'm semi-surprised I haven't gotten to him yet. I'll take the new one. He gets the ego gem which isn't very useful except that he gets a sort of perplex and can use any number of infinity gems. Since I haven't used by relic, he gets the time gem, too. You can never have too much pc. He just replaces Apache Chief, attacks DD. Needs 6, rolls 2. Ick. He think 9 is better. 4 to DD. He also perplexes his own dv + 1.

Creeper on off DD. Needs but a 6, rolls 9. KOs him.

Spiral's on a downward, errr, spiral, so she pushes to break? 6. Moves to block DD.

Thanos perplexes Panther's dv and in doing so, he gets Power Cosmic for a turn.

I'll give Panther nanobots. Voyager makes his damage 2 and plops him down at H17, he absorbs the object in H18. Wanda boosts his dv.

So now I've given you big targets, medium and close ones. I'd imagine Spiral and Berzerk Gorilla aren't long for this world but you never know.

Although he evades Thanos first attack, he's not so lucky for the second.

"Actually, YES today," he replies.

You have Soul and Time Gems for Thanos. Should be Ego and Time. Looking at the Comments on the Ego Gem, it lets you Equip multiple Gems, but you don't automatically get them - it just supersedes the only one Equipment per character rule. Totally fair giving him the Time Gem with your 1000 Point Relic though.

Yeah, I did Daredevil no favors. Feel bad about it, but at least he was a freebie.

You're right about my choices. Do I deal with Thanos, or clear out the dead wood in my territory? The latter choice is easiest, I guess.

I kind of hate to immediately bring out the Silver Bullet, but he really was on my playlist, and really, even he's no guarantee. Mentor though, is my best shot against Thanos.

He will teleport to K9, has a go at Thanos. Zatanna Perplexes his AV to 12. Thanos's DV is 18 +1 Hindering +1 Perplex, -1 for Mentor's Trait. Basically need 7. Rolls 5. Zatanna makes it 12. Thanos makes it 3. Like I said, no guarantee.

I understand your playing Mentor, especially being on your playlist, but man it's frustrating that this new Thanos already gets nerfed.

Not sure she's what I need right now but thematically she goes. Enter Mistress Death. Voyager sends her to the porter, she ports to K9 and pulses. 10. 1 to Creeper, kos the bats, 1 to the following: Mentor, Wolverine, Blackout, Thunderstrike, Zatanna, High Ev.

Doc Samson wasn't on my list but I hardly give him any love and he may be able to have some fun here. Voyager puts him in I15 and makes his av 10.

He tries to mc Death. Needs 7, rolls 8. Done.

Death pulses again. Gets 8. Hits the same figures as before all for 1. Death takes 1.

Remember that Death gets 3 lives.
