Actually, he died again. Tho, this time, he's supposedly not coming back, since he's now a Black Lantern. But then, his original body, as well as Hawkgirl/woman's are being revived by the Star Sapphires, so who knows?

Technically incorrect. As a fictional character, he was "born" when his original creators produced the first story in which he appeared; and he had no real name then.

Yes, but if you lived in that universe, then he wouldn't be a fictional character and therefore, would've been given his name at birth. I'm merely looking at it from the POV of a character in the book.
