I also suggest introducing your daughters to Hayao Miyazaki animated movies. "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind" is big with us, but I can also recommend "My Neighbor Totoro" and "Kiki's Delivery Service." Most of these films portray young girls as the heroines of the movie. And c'mon - we're talking Miyazaki, here.

The few times I played, I played with hunks of paper. But damn, it took FOREVER to set up and play.

I've done it with pennies, nickels, etc. Same story.

Battle reach is like 30 bucks and is enough for a 2 player game Orks vs Space Marines.

First game I played was Orks vs. Space Marines.

Sad to say it didn't go well for the Boyz, Jack. I remember I did one massive, fifty unit attack on one of the Space Marine Units...and took out one model. He then turned around and slaughtered half my boys in a single attack. The only two things I reliably was able to take anything out with were Psykers and Zzzap guns.

Of course, it could just be I suck at Warhammer.
