And I just finished season 1 of Dexter. One of the most disturbing shows I've ever seen.
That show freaked my wife out. Messed her up in the head so we stopped watching after the first season.
We lvoed Smallville though. Seasons 5-7 were a bit off compared to the rest, but it's a good show. Especially the last few seasons. I love me some Allison Mack.
My favorite Smallville episode was the one with the Justice Society. I didn't watch most of the show's seasons, however. The first few were darned silly "freak of the week" episodes and Lana Lang was incredibly (almost unbearably) annoying. Allison Mack, on the other hand.... yum.

Seasons 2-4 and 8-10 were great. 2-4 because Chloe took a larger part in the show, and 8-10 because they began to showcase more of the DCU. Seasons 1, 5-7 weren't awful, but they were not nearly as good as the rest. Season 1 had the same problem most shows do. It was trying to find its stride. Seasons 5-7 were having trouble with Lex wanting to leave the show. He was sick of being bald.
How difficult and time-consuming is it to build a MAME, preferably one using a Raspberry Pi?
Is that something that someone with little technological knowledge could accomplish?

I believe that Stan is the best qualified person to answer these questions.

I would refer to the forums at BYOAC.com for specifics since I've never heard of a raspberry pi. Building a MAME in general isn't all that difficult once you do some homework and figure out the rticks. Getting the software all set up and mapped out can be very time consuming though.
I know nothing about Raspberry Pi, but I'm making a fine tres leches cake for our taco dinner tonight. There's something so fun about Wednesday night gaming.

Sheesh, it's 3.14159, how hard can it be?
The next few days are going to be fun. Just me, work, and the cats. Roommate is going out of town for the 4th, so I'll be puttering around the apartment.

I used to know quite a lot of them, but now... not so much. Might be able to get to 20 though...
3.141592653589793238462164... well, that's as far as I get on memory alone.
And, after double checking, that last 1 shouldn't be there. Oh well, still made it to 21.

That's why I am asking here.

The Raspberry Pi is a mini-computer the size of a credit card that is good for retro gaming. And it only costs 35 bucks. But it uses Linux, which I have never worked with before.

I'm not familiar with Linux either, but I am sure you can find a front end to work on it. Maybe this will help.
Considering how much of that I did not understand at all, I have come to the conclusion that I am not ready for a project like this.
If Stan can do it, it must be so easy that even a caveman can do it.
Just saying, is all...
