Probably not, don't mind me the stress of doing 4 people's job and work for 3 different companies is just taking its toll!

I'm in the same spot. There should be five in my department who manage the bulk of the company's clients. Of those five, I am the senior and act as manager for the other four and handle the most difficult clients. Of those other four, one is on maturnity leave, one is a moron, another is a new hire and a moron, and the last is actually competant.

I also have a support staff of four admins of which combined couldn't equal one normally average person.

Case in point, my new hire asked me for a list of jewelry appraisers in NYC to send to her client. I have a list a jewelers I trust in NYC but it is slightly dated. So I email my the moron the list last night with one instruction, "Make sure you properly vet this list before sending it to the client". I ask the moron this morning what the vetting results were and moron replied "I didn't know what you meant by the word "vet" so I just sent the list out."

I wish I could ask corporate to dock everyone's paycheck this Friday by the cost of a nice Oxford English Dictionary to keep at their desks.

I do the work of 20 commoners without breaking a sweat. You two Nancies need to grow a pair and TELL your so-called superiors that you're going to Mencon.
