Too vague for my taste. But I think Silver is scooby. Scooby only fails to appear on night 4, same night toughest one would have failed to send in his first action. Then, night 5, he fails to send in again, prompting the mods to ask silver. He kills someone and lays low under the "I'm just a replacement" guise.
